Having 2 back surgeries this week

Mark should be in Phoenix around now. He has an appointment at the hospital at 3 Phoenix time. Ted, Mark's boyfriend, will let me know what's going on the next coupla days and I'll let you all know on the board.

BTW, Mark is going to one of the best hospitals in the world for this type of situation.

Mark is in surgery now. Today's operations should last about 8 hours. Then he goes back for a 4 hour operation tomorrow.

He told me last night he really appreciates all of your support.

Just heard from Mark's friend. Today's operation went well. He has another one tomorrow. If all goes well those of us in Phoenix can go visit on Friday. I'll keep you up to date.

Hey everyone,

I'm hearing that Mark's second surgery went extremely well. So much so that they are considering yet another one. If that happens, I'm no genius, but I'm assuming he can't have visitors tomorrow. He is in ICU right now. Ted is able to be with him! Let's keep are fingers crossed.
