Speaking of workshops, there's some class at the gay & lesbian center here in LA called 'How to meet real guys in the most superficial city in the world' or something LOL - might have to look into that!

Right on! The G&L center here is great. The LA boys of Leather meet at the Ed Gould Plaza and we've always loved the place. The staff is really friendly, the courtyard is a nice place to hang out. I just wish they would open that coffee shop up again.Quote:

Totally!! I have gone to the yoga class at the Ed Gould Plaza building several times on a Saturday morning...I didn't know there used to be a coffee shop there! I've also utilyzed the other building for cheap counseling and stuff hehe...I think I will start going to more of those cool seminars and stuff though...Quote:

So, Jake & Ounique, if you participate in functions at the Center (formerly "Community Center"), are there opportunities to meet a potential ex-husband there?
I had no idea the Center offered so much, the only time I've used the center was when I was 20, I took a b.f. to the clinic because he thought "HE" had V.D. I didn't, hmmmm how did that happen? (that was long before there was a term "safe sex" and rubbers were something used to keep your feet dry when it was raining...we can be so stupid when we're young.
