You know, this post has shown me that I have a double standard in my life. I always hated when people would post those pics of naked women on the other boards and ask "Would you hit it?". I thought it was demeaning and disrespectful and I would just exit the thread as soon as possible. Now that this is happening with male models on a gay oriented board, I find myself taking part in the discussion with no problems. What is that all about? Things that make you go hmmmm. :notsure:

we dont look down on models as pieces of meat, at least not as much as straight webmasters. their whole attitude of "use them and leave them" pisses me off. especially the photographers who brag about fucking all their models. thats incredibly unprofessional.
I don't look at anyone as being a piece of meat. I do understand what you're saying, though. I appreciate the beauty in people, but that doesn't go to say I think less of them because they're naked.
I've never understood the use-them-and-leave-them attitude either, but I think that applies to the way straight guys feel about most women, regardless of being in the adult biz.
I guess I was feeling like I was only getting offended because I was looking at the model objectively, while looking at a male model there's the added dimension of weither he was sexually attractive to me. However, when I look at this model I'm not just thinking of "hitting it" so to speak, I'm thinking of how much we would have in common, what we would do together, if we could hold a conversation, etc.
And of course, there's always eye candy. Those are the guys I find extremely attractive yet would have absolutely nothing in common with me at all. I appreciate them for their beauty alone. But I just don't get the idea of degrading someone or looking down on someone who gives you so much pleasure to look at.
