Honestly, I'm just now looking at it. Where should I start? :specs:
You have a pretty good base, you just need to clean it up more. Not sure what it was excatly that was throwing me off, but something kept making me feel a little distracted while looking at it. The boys are hot, but the design kind of takes away from them.
Maybe you should design things a little smaller (tables) and use a diffrent font size?
Um that suxs there is somethign im not liking too cant put my thingy on it either ;( I will try as ya said if you can fig it out please let me know. what type font what really works on the gay male? I know what Works with me but im just a freak anyways so it prolly wont work *shrugs*

As promised ;)
Took a longer look at the site (CCbill version) and these are some of the things i would consider changing in order to better increase your chances of sales...
1) Domain name, i already explained this one to you however for anyone reading this reply and not knowing, generally speaking past history has dictated that sites using terms that can be conceived as derogatory towards gay surfers tend to put the surfer off from buying a membership of course, in the past, the sites that have done this really had no clue what they were doing and at least your site looks good for a first attempt :thumbsup:
2) Color scheme, is good however, i would opt for perhaps 4 colors at the most, if you are going to use the blue, grey, white scheme you have now then make sure the colors not only stand out for the specific sections of the tour but also that they work together. (see how the GWW forum color scheme works in contrast to each of the other colors) a good tool for choosing a color theme is http://www.colormatch.dk
3) Fonts, to me, the HTML fonts really dont do you any justice design wise and, as with the color scheme above, choose a font that is going to work well for the overall 'feel' of the site, white and yellow IMHO is a bad color scheme to use for fonts as they tend to look extremely bright to a surfer and whilst this is a good thing, it also 'hurts' the eyes so you might want to tone the yellow/white down a little perhaps just going to a regular white and where you have yellow making the txt bold :)
4) The dietgay link, lose it from the tour page. It looks like you are trying to sell a membership to that site before the surfer even gets inside, that will put them off $0.02.
5) Censored pics, this is pretty much something that comes down to personal preference however, my option is not to use any 'censored pics' where the image has deliberatly been censored instead, use image that 'hide' the action, if you imagine two guys going at it doggy style, you could show a side shot of the penetration or, you could show a shot on a diagonal, this way the surfer knows what is happening but, they dont see any of the 'action' images which in some instances, can actually be a bigger turn-on and induce the surfer to join the site JUST to see what is happening.
6) Tour pages, you should ideally, again IMHO, have at least 2 preview tour pages and a join page for this type of tour, this way youll be able to lose some of the thumbnailed images on the bottom of the page and make the tour appear a lot 'cleaner' to the surfer. A cluttered tour generally speaking, means a cluttered members area.
7) Join page, lose the scrolling text and put an image in its place with som animated text on it, itll work better than having to wait for the text to scroll and if your surfers hitting the site are anything like me, ill not wait and move onto my next site ;)

Never really thinking about it when I got up this morning I read ya post looked over it was like FUCK *shrugs* SO ya saved me from getting epoch/ccbill yanked and I really thank you for that.. stupid thinking on my part really stupid again Thank you and I know its no excuse..
