I've been tempted by AEBN's promo stuff before, but I'm not going to be sucked in. If you can't be bothered answered my e-mails, that's just the tip of the rotten iceberg underneath and I'm not giving you my business.

Well I didn't want this thread to be about AEBN customer service issues but since you brought it up I have two points to make. 1) I've had customers email me about not being able to view the feeds. Some have emailed AEBN and received no response, so they've emailed me to get help, others email me first. When I forward the emails to AEBN.. no response.. ever.. not once.. to the customer or myself. I emailed my rep. no response. 2) My feed downloads have increased twofold each month I've used them ( 3 months so far ) Month 1 38gigs, Month 2 75 gigs, Month 3 127gigs.
