The only problem with this, is that some of us have backlogs of submissions. The galleries I reviewed last night were submitted to me about 3 weeks ago, for example.Quote:

because you can't change a gallery after it's submitted to most tgps or the scripts delete it. this is done because a lot of people who change their galleries after submission add popups and stuff.
besides, in the old days, guys who wouldn't add a button to a gallery before they submit wouldn't add it after, either. and considering that the average recip sends maybe 25 - 50 hits, and the average tgp sends over 1000 hits, it doesn't seem unfair...

Aside from that, getting listed on a tgp is a privilege, not a right (unless you pay for the listing). It is free traffic in exchange for fresh content for our surfers. Give and take. Both parties benefit, but it's the tgp owner that has to deal with his/her computer being attacked daily by cheaters and their dirty tricks.
In your spare time, you should create a tgp, just so you can see the other side of the fence. Start up costs can be as little as the domain registration.
I also submit, so I'm aware of the issues that face the submitter, but as I get the hits to my galleries, I am thankful for the free traffic, and aware that my not cheating, and creating a reputation as a good submitter has helped to bring me the free traffic. :)
And because it's their TGP, their traffic, you want it, it's their rules. They've got so many people submitting galleries that, once they're established, they can pretty run the show the way they see fit. And that's cool, if we don't like it, we can always go get traffic somewhere else.
