if a webmaster is dishonest about something so basic, what are they trying to hide?
i just think its irresponsible of you to give advice to webmasters to deceive sponsors - its not that hard, contact the sponsor, show them your site, ask for *written* permission to join - its as much to protect the webmaster from being penalized later for a reason that is clearly in the rules as it is for the sponsor.

If i CURRENTLY live in the US and join an affiliate program, why cant i continue to send that program traffic if i relocate in 2 months time?
There is nothing deceptive about it, i live in the US now when i join a new program, for whatever reason i decide to move to Russia in 2 months time, why cant i maintain my account with the affiliate program?
Nothing has changed with my business other than the country where it is located.

I think you are on the right track. I could be spending the next four months in Bratislava, Slovakia (for whatever reason :devious:) but I would keep my business anchor in Austin.
I wouldn't be switching stuff around every four months. Get your money deposited electronically. Definitely be upfront and honest with your business associates, but also exercize financial provacy. Hmmmmmmmm.....

sorry for the confusion. asianguys.com affiliate program is not using IBill at this time.....not since they forgot how to pay our affiliates or us...... it looks like we simply forgot to change a graphic on our join page.
CCBill handles our affiliate program.....
And they always pay on time.... :)
