Lee, the script you are looking for is worth 50$ Cause it can be easily made by shell. I use one simple perl script that goes throug all subdirs in specific dir, make a copy of index.html and change specific code part in new index. Works like a charm. I'm not the coder and don't know how to code in perl, but I asked my server admin and he did that simple script for free :) I'm sure with a little modifications it will do what you want.
