lee - he's thinking of leaving webair, so i don't think the recommendation will convince him ;-)
i have always had isprime recommended to me. a few companies i work with use them, and their customer service is real-time on icq or by phone plus no problems that were on their end.
i use candidhosting, and have been very happy there. if you want to talk to someone and see about prices, talk to mark memmer. he's a great rep - how many reps can get you hold of in the middle of the night or on easter sunday? anyway, he's a nice guy, for whatever that's worth.
luke's company also sounds like a great host, and he's super nice.
