I am working on some banners for you and will have them ready tomorrow. I will also provide you with some creative stuff for you site.
Here's my suggestions: fix your site up and go list it on other link directory type site for your niche. Do some link trades and submit a few pages to the tgps.. free stuff. you have a great niche to make money and your BF is a big asset. I would also start producing your own amateur movies and sell them on your site. Then market the videos, there is a whole nother group of sites you can get listed on once you have videos to offer. Film a lot of content and work out some deals with other sites. let them use your content on their site and give them an comission if someone from their sites signups up to yours. (just throwing out ideas)... once you get your own videos selling and traffic coming in sign some deals with other guys and start producing their videos. Tie it all together! do what you enjoy doing!

Part of your traffic problem (and maybe a big part) is the service from your host. Dzinerbear had an access problem -- I had it twice relative to the main site and your tgp. Seems you're not there for the surfer all the time and they are not going to come back to see if you're there later -- they just move on to someone else. Percentage wise, 10% failure (two of us out of 19 that have commented) is tooooo high.
A killer redesign including perfect seo rework may not be all you need to kick up the $$$$.
I have yet to see this site. I've tried it in two browsers about five different times. It never shows up.

i was going to make a screen cap of the first page, but now it's not answering for me either... it says:
The page cannot be displayed

The site did have a hiccup the other day while my hosting company was transferring the site to a new server (and the new IP address for the new server propagated to my nameserver). That is the only time, though, that I have been down in a long time.
I do have ICQ, I just don't usually leave it running. But I will fire it up: ICQ# 210938688
Yeh, the site re-design is beyond me, I only have basic Dreamweaver skills, I don't even own Photoshop.
I do have a page to sell our own videos on the site. It's the blue navigation button "Videos" below the top photo on the index page.

nima has tried to icq you early yesterday, and has emailed you. does this mean you no longer need a partner for your site?
No, I do need a partner. My Windows XP is whacked out, I ran the new Microsoft Anti-Spyware program and it removed some spyware but one of the spyware programs corrupted a DLL file in Windows and now ICQ won't run. And my Windows XP CD is at a friend's house and he thinks he lost it. So for now, I can't run ICQ. I do run Yahoo messenger, my handle there is jhussher2003
