Wasn't there some rumor flying around about Epoch/Paycom having some problems?
Really? I wouldn't be surprised and after the second lack of response I knew they weren't for me. Thanks for the info though :twink:Quote:

we use paycom, and have no problem getting responses. if you are having problems, try contacting rand or else try isabel (at) paycom . net (she's our rep and she rocks!) and they'll help ya out.

There were rumors making the rounds... but it appears that's just what they were... rumors.Quote:

jesus *LOL*
chris hasn't been gone two weeks yet - no major changes would have happened this fast even if they were going to happen.
some people just love cooking up drama, don't they *shakes head in disgust*
Top of the Mornin to ya! I noticed that everyone was restricting the conversation to CCbill and Epoch. Keep in mind that Epoch is only US based - they can't take a webmaster that is living in London (or anywhere else) unless they have a US presence and even then you would have to fork out $$$ to VISA.
Cascading is the next step for any webmaster to take, especially in the EU. Basically because you do not have to pay visa, the only setup cost or monthly cost you will have is with the cascading system. Why not implement when you will be saving sales? Just as good, if not better than a save sale at the end....
Just to clarify, there are other EU processors that can help you and that are getting or are part of cascading systems.
-OPS (www.opsbilling.com)
-WTS
-Ecommerce Global
-Net Billing
-Vertoel
There are likes and dislikes to all and if you have any question regarding anything on the billing side - old or new, hit me up. 202740086
Hope this helps you all. Man I miss London!
Hey Nad!!! good post, very true. I kinda reached dead end with paycom after i learnt they couldnt help me with VISA processing.
Im looking into Verotel now especially since theyve just introduced multicurrency billing, and have SMS billing coming soon. Ive contacted them but they seem to be a biit slooooow replying. Do you know if they can do cascade billing with CCBill?
PS youre not misisng much in London.. its still freezing and its nearly spring!
verotel is well-known for not answering emails at all. i find them extremely unpleasant to deal with as an affiliate, so i no longer join verotel affiliate programs - just as well since i never recieved the last check i was due.
netbilling isn't a third party biller at all - they work with people who have their own merchant accounts, or want to get them. they supply the member support, negative database, etc. i have heard nothing but good of them, and mitch is always helpful to people.
i thought WTS was only checks - shows what i know ;-)
I am not sure about Verotel, it all depends on the cascading software to tell you the truth. They need to be able to post notify infomration and event notification to the software.
OPS is the next thing in Processing.. Personally I am not a fan of Verotel because of the 'ticket system' they have implemented, I believe it to give them too much control of your site and risk of losing transactions.

I just wanted to give all options out there.. not good to limit to just CC transactions... NetBilling is not a third party - but they can help you in the EU with processing.. but upfront costs are there.
