Ok where did you find that definition, bass? I'm curious, because dictionaries (the MerriamWebmaster and the GLBT dictionary) I have here give the first as the definition as a transgender. The second as the definition of transsexual. I may need to update them LOL

But in all things transsexual or transsgender, I differ to Buck :)

It's pretty funny because when I started my change over 11 years ago it was just called Transsexual..then I would say in the last maybe like 4-5 years the trem Transgender came about. Which as far as I was concerned meant the same thing. Then came all these new names..FTM, MTF, boi, genderqueer, genderqueer, genderfuck,F2M, transboi..and they all mean different things. Some people like Basschick said do not even go through with the surgery and still consider themselves transsexual.( I only had chest surgery and consider myself a man)

I am from the oldschool days where I think you should be at least taking hormones and living as that sex to be that sex( but thats just me) there are tons of FTM guys who will never take hormones and never have surgery(top or bottom) and say they are men.

But fuck its all so crazy..I am a man with a pussy!!

Also why do we have to be "gay, straight. bi..I know people who identify with being gay but maybe at sometime were attracted to the oppisite sex..what does that make them? I think its all about the person and not about the gender..
