I do 200 crunches, 120 pushups and a little dumbell exercies at least 3-4 times a week. I try and do a little mountain biking when I get a chance which is about 1-2 a week. Other than that I work on a computer only to come home and work with computer. In between I like to have to socialize with other people. Got to have a balance. Sound mind, sound body.
