Personally I am not into water sports and thus never presented such galleries. I see it though as just yet another niche being removed by VISA international as unacceptable sexual behavior.

Let me say that with my paysite, before the transfer review by CCBILL long ago, I had retained bondage imagery but removed the "disciplined" galleries. I am assuming the watersports is in that same thought mode... Abuse/Degradation/Guantanamo

What concerns me is when will male-male sexual activity be deemed unacceptable by VISA... thus why I think this should be an active decision thread.

I would send my release, but I'm holding out for more money.

Since the industry was slapped by VISA back in November 2003, everyone was on their best behaviour. Lately, however, it seems as though everyone is pushing the envelope just a tiny bit. I think perhaps "they're" letting us know that perhaps we've pushed just a little too far. Just a guess ... a hunch ... whatever you want to call it.

Interesting comment Dzinerbear. I recall those VISA changes in 2002, affecting many in the industy. Was it not news recently that new sites required VISA review, delaying opening 4-6 weeks?

Maybe you are correct Dzinerbear that some pushed the envelope. My stats show that CCBILL and VEROTEL have accessed my site in test mode recently. I though still remain open and approved for credit cards. Shame that they have to test older sites also for compliance.
