Well this thread has sure been hijacked. I just posed that question not as a debate.... just as a question. Obviously Congress thought the existing federal laws on obsenity were inadequate... so they passed COPA in the 1990s. Then the Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional in 2003.Quote:

But as far as federal laws enforced by the DOJ, I think they are mostly involving making, possessing and distributing child porn. I just bring that up because I'm just a little skeptical about being sold a bill of goods from some software scumpanies.
