By the way Lee, since we're on this topic:
I'd like to point out that there are DOZENS of threads about you on GFY started by people that claim that YOU owe THEM money, and even claiming that you've stolen databases from them.
Are these claims true? I don't know, and I don't care. This is why I don't go around telling people that you "don't pay people" and that you "steal from them" and "rip them off".
It's also why all of your companies, including Condom Cash and GayWideWebmasters are allowed to be talked about openly on my board.
I know nothing about those individual transactions, so they're none of my business. I also know how this industry can be, and how some in this industry are, which is why I don't necessarily trust 1 perspective stories on things.
I also know that sometimes there are just misunderstandings and having a third party running around screaming "rip off" and "scammer" doesn't help those situations either.
It's libel, it's unprofessional, and more often than not situations like those are based on misinformation.
And I'm still not paying the Polish Producer for that content.
I can only think of 1 other person that I've gotten into a payment dispute with, and if that indeed is who you sent an ICQ to, I should be able to clarify that situation very easily as well.

You are quite correct, they arent.Quote:

See how it can effect my business and why ultimately, it is something that does concern me? I guess you are lucky in the fact that not much business gets done on your board but, when it does start to happen, im sure you will become involved in instances like this also.
Thankfully this time Rocky wrote your debt off, perhaps Bregot will do also, we'll have to wait and see.
Regards,
Lee
I look forward to doing business with you! :-)Quote:

Going around calling me a "scammer" and a "rip off" and backing such libelous statements up with a couple of billing disputes by a couple of people, just doesn't hold water.
I've got hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business dealings, with dozens and dozens of people that speak otherwise.
I've interracted with FAR too many people in this industry for your libelous statements to be taken seriously.
For those that wish to know more about my company, and myself, read this month's issue of AVN Online Magazine.

Not only that, but I would think that if he had a leg to stand on, he'd be suing the hell out of Lee and the others for libel and/or slander. Apparently money is owed and isn't going to be paid. Apparently "JustMe" doesn't have a leg to stand on and knows it. The thread's a bit tiresome. I'd say that "JustMe" is just lucky that Lee hasn't simply banned his ass.Quote:

Truth be told I run a successful board of my own (where your company currently markets itself I might add), that has actually been getting more traffic than GWW for the past month according to Alexa.Quote:

This thread was a last ditch effort to mend fences with another prominent player in the gay industry, but if that doesn't happen, it doesn't happen.
As my business continues to expand and grow, and I look back, I like to be able to tell myself that I treated all of those I encountered fairly, and did my best to see that no bridges were burnt without me first attempting to put out the fire.
