Industry Alert: Pulz Productions - Mass Fraud

Over a week, no one has been paid, i think its fair to say we all know what happened now, those companies were scammed, plain and simple.

What was it someone supporting Putz posted here? Something like they weren't scamming anyone because nobody lost anything? Something along those lines? Is that how most people are seeing this?

It really seems like money owed was not paid and probably wont be. Always be wary of newbies who claim to be big shots.

I think there is a Delaware company out there but it probably has no assets, and forced bankruptcy would not be the best course of action. Most likely it would have to be a civil suit against Pulz and the officers/owners personally. Even if they are in the UK or other EU country they can still be brought into court under the Hauge Convention. It is a tedious process but it can be done.

I know of at least one major company that has still not been paid by Pulz, and who was in touch with a former Pulz employee, who has scandalous things to say about his former employers. And that's all I've got to say about that. :)

Well with that, it makes 3 companies i know of that havent been paid as yet.

I guess (yet again) we were all right about these scammers... I just wish for once someone who is accused of being a scammer would actually prove us wrong, it never seems to happen though :(

I would like to see someone report being scammed without being beaten up on the boards :thumbsdown: because the alleged scammer "is a really good guy" "fun to party with" and "would never scam anybody" and "You don't have proof!"

What a fucking joke sometimes. Even d*wgy had his defenders AFTER the man plead guilty and had a ton of evidence against him.

Sometimes people and companies LOOK GUILTY BECAUSE THEY ARE GUILTY

and just because you got good and drunk one night with somebody doesn't mean that person is not a scammer.

Be careful about who you do business with and check references before you go making deals.

If someone reports a scam, don't rush to defend nor rush to judge. Demand the truth from the source.
