Gary-Alan - i bought furbies for up to $150 a piece that year for a friend. i had some i got for $75 each that i got offers of up to several hundred dollars for. and right after christmas, i bought one as a birthday present for someone for $39.
most of the webmasters i know never do research of any kind. when i tell them to either go to egroups and FIND some groups or else (worse) go to an adult bookstore, they are shocked that i think they would do such things. yet they some of them spend hours a day doing galleries that make no sales *LOL*
i love watching people! they're like an enormous sitcom :)
