New Domains

So what you are saying is that you would not make a site called Twinkboyfeet.com, or Twinkboysfeet.com? Or a site call Girlsgonewild? How about boysgonewild, Playboy, playgirl? Come on man, a large number of sites use that word every day, I would even dare to say the Largest sites in the world just that word. Please do not be a word cop man, its hard enough to get a domain that some not talent hack has not purchased years ago with the some purpose of sell back to you for 5,000 to 10,000$ when they paid like 8 bucks. A lot of twink sites have to use that word, their are not very many options you know. Hey BTW I need a new site designed, I was wondering about getting a quote, I am PM you the example if you would like. :2ymca:

The only thing about that is the only “legitimate processor” Ccbill? Anyway, if they will not play fair with gay sites the same as str8 sites AKA letting them use girl and not letting us use boy then I would just us another one. When they pass a law that says I can not have boy in my title and I see the thousands of sites like, playboy, playgirl, boysgonewild, ECT will remove it I will be glad to do it too, but until then I am not to start obeying imaginary laws, just cuzz it might change some day. “it will never happen they are just being hyper sensitive” I would love to see how they could really do that when they can not even stop people from making CP stores, or successfully prosecute them for it in the US “I would bet most of those stories use words much worse that boy” :kelly:

GO DIRECTLY to the SOURCE.... contact any legitamate USA based biller for their AUP - keyword / url policy... you'll see exactly what I mean... the RULES
are set by the cc. companies - not the billers - - - no matter how lax a biller might want to be to a webmaster - they are controlled by the actual credit card companies...

he'll find out for himself - after he wastes all his time, money and effort putting together a site that won't pass the current rulings billers have to abide by in the 2006 Finance World and forward...

I personally could care less what he does...

Bell is correct, and tried to provide you with a means of saving yourself a lot of grief. Rules change, keep up with them, or waste your time and money developing something you can't get processing for.

For the most part, CCBill has been very good about coming into this community and giving the webmasters a heads up about new restrictions. Sites that are/were already established under old rules are not subject to the new ones, but if you want a new site using currently banned words, it WON'T HAPPEN.

If they are not going to let me do what is legal, I will just go some place else, I see no need to be Ccbills bitch boy. Its only like 1 site anyway, but if they are going to be that way, I really would not trust what they would do next. I do not feel like waking up one day and they say sorry the word twink is no longer allowed and you account have been suspended until you remove it. If they tell me I can not use such a simple term I will go some place else, but I know that might be just me. But I do see that they might not want to talk about this in public. :center:

here's a thought...

post here the USA billers that will permit you to use the word boy in the context you wish to - for the TYPE of site that you wish to use it for...

you do the work - you go find the USA biller that permits it - directly by communications with YOU - and not billers you see on others sites...

for a NEW site starting in 2006...

it's work you'd have to do anyway to find a biller...

why not do it now - so you can LEARN for yourself - the CREDIT CARD COMPANIES - in the USA - in 2006 and forward - will NOT permit what
you seek...

posting on a board - hoping a biller will come by and respond is not the way to conduct a professional business... go to them - directly...
