I go with Basschick's "Not until I have to" option.
I bought a new Dell in late February of this year and it came with Vista installed. At first I had a lot of issues with programs not running or not running correctly. Most of the problems were fixed by right clicking the program and changing the compatibility to Win. 98 instead of Win. XP. I don't understand why this works but it seems to let the programs run on Vista. So far every program that I had on my XP PC I have manager to get working on Vista ether by the above method or by contacting the manufacturer.
There are somethings I really like about Vista and others I hate. One thing I really hate is the change they made to the folders/files layout. I guess it is supposed to be easier to newbie but for everyone that grew up running Win. 95, 98 or XP it is a real pain to get use to.
it's better to wait till SP1
Agree totally.
The only sane move.
But it is the future so be ready be embrace it and kiss with an open mouth.
