Going to Southern Decadence?

This would be my third time There. It would be nice to get to meet some of you there. I just don't like the weather but who cares about that when is party time.

I like to give real answers to real questions. I also don't mind giving a little free legal advice.
I am going to assume that any images taken at Southern Decadence are for commericial purposes--you want images to put on a site that generates revenue. So, that being said---

If you plan to gather images, even on the streets at SD, you need a release from people that can be identified in your images. So, if you take a shot of a crowd of people, you need a release from each person that can be identified. I know that kind of stifles the image gathering, but follow the rules and keep yourself out of trouble.

I still - unbelievably - never been to New Orleans. This Labor Day Weekend I'll be in Michigan anyways. However, I'll probably be partying there later this year.

And a webmaster gathering there definately sounds in order.
