We're not jumping on him about his request to get paid, actually if you read through the entire thread Chip has said (and the guy has acknowledged) he will be paid, the problem is he appears to have changed his payee information and is unable to, or unwilling to provide PROOF that this information he changed is correct.
Consider this....
What i went and signed up to an affiliate program using your name, sent the traffic, which made the sale, then before the program owner could verify my information they sent my payment out.
A week or two later, every single one of those sales got charged back because i used fraudulent credit cards to generate those sales, who is the person that gets 'blamed' for sending the fraudulent signups?
You would be.
All im seeing is Chip and AJ trying to verify an affiliates information is legit before money is sent out, its basic anti-fraud measures that almost every program makes.
