True, Adobe is trying to ride the wave into software renting. Their products are mature and I would imagine fewer and fewer people are upgrading after a new version comes out.

wouldn't know about the rules but I imagine anything that you want to put up on Behance will have a no porn rule. The cloud storage, who knows, considering there are professionals working with nudes.
