Anyone seen Steve (Scorpio Creation) these last days?

Thanks guys, i really appreciate your kind words.

A friend suggested me to post something about this whole deal, so people doesn't think i'm a rip off.

So to start, most of you know that my sister has been murdered at the beginning of this year... then my grandmother passed away a couple of months ago. I'm originally from another country so everytime i have a death in the family, it's not like i can watch the funeral live on the web... so i have to make a trip everytime it happens. Money is spent and when i come back to Dallas... well Bills are waiting for me.. which is why i used to give out deals like $1000 for 5 sites! I don't regret making those kind of deals as it helped me so much making it through here. And recently as most of you know, i've had problems with one of my dogs who is still needing surgery. So i had to find the money for the exams and everything. So yeah i had to take once more some time off to go work and get money as fast as i could and had to put my design business on hold but still working in the evenings and week ends to at least get some things done for my clients. So all this put my work way behind and yes i was getting pretty late with orders.

SO NO i'm not a rip off. I've been online for 4 years now and have 100's of clients with around 1000 avs and paysites in my portfolio. I never took money from anybody and disappeared. Yes due to some events, i'm very slow, i agree. But everybody has been taking care and others will be. I can't control what happens in one's life so when something happens, i'm always looking to what's important and deal with it.

A funeral of a beloved one is MORE important than any websites for me. If someone order something and wants his money back because i'm too slow... that person always gets it back! Henrique can say so.

I'm not worried as most of my clients/friends know it all about me and i'm sure they'll always do business with me... this message is mostly for new people so they can be assured Scorpiocreation.com is for real and not a scam.

I think i'm a pretty nice guy, who most of the times helps people for free. I haven't been lucky lately but i'm still keeping some kind of positive thoughts.

Exactly my thoughts ... while those of us who know you can pretty much figure out WHY you're amongst the missing ... let one of us know what's going on and what we can say!

I made the mistake to not communicate enough so i apologize for that to the people concerned. I was just not thinking about it. my mistake.

I'll from now on, be more careful and let people know exactly what is up with me in case i have an emergency.

He is a honest guy... I couldnt wait him to get my site done, so I hired another designer and when he contacted me I told what happened and we could get a deal and he gave me my money back ...

I'll take your retraction and add that being in this business if you can't keep things confidential, and aren't willing to help people out now and then, that people don't trust you, and you don't stay in business very long. There are few honest people in this business that do what they say, when they say they're gonna do it, and I came to GWW to try and find more.

Looks like everything is worked out between Scorpio and his clients.. as such im closing this thread :)

Steve, I must say, has gone through hell this year without whining to anyone about it. he's been a friend of mine on and offline, and he's one of the most stand-up people I know.

Steve, I think it's really good of you to acknowledge that you've fallen behind schedule(we all are guilty of that from time to time) and that you've bitten off a bit more than you can chew, and the explaination you've given (some of us knew what was going on, but didn't feel it was our place to say) should be enough.

And Steve does good work.
