BrianDN - as i understand it, your resident agent is not your principal - you are. i suggest you talk to the live help at incorporate.com during business hours tomorrow and ask. but that is what i've been told.

Squirt - you need to be a u.s. business entity to use ccbill or epoch. if you are a u.s. resident, you don't need to be a corporation. the reason for this is visa - it was not the choice of the processors in any way.

kewl I didn't think I had to be a corporation to sign up with them before.

For incorporating I like http://www.bizfilings.com lots of info on their site, competative rates and great with customer service :high: You can also buy shelf corporations there dirt cheap!

Hey Rand thanks for the response here! My only communication attempts were through the contract initiation page located here ( http://www.paycom.net/signup/signup_contract.html ) to try and start service with you in the past.
