LOL! Well, I certainly appreciate a heads up on matters such as that. I just meant the urge to airy dirty laundry in public. It's just silly.

Ken I have to say, I was under fire from these guys for airing the "questionable content" issues regarding the employees site Samebb
If we don't air certain things publicly innocent webmasters in our industry could be promoting things they have no idea they are promoting, as well as getting ripped off by someone who's ripped others off.
I can see if you have issues with rubbing things in , but these guys have been very aggressive on other boards, and here, in trying to shut people up, only to be found to be accused of fraud by many across the board.
Do you see where I'm coming from?
Yeah, I can see the need for alerting others about stuff such as this. The difference is when people go overboard and start using all the personal attacks to make their points. It then becomes a lot more about self-righteousness and ego than it does helping others out.
Post a quick message with NOTHING BUT THE FACTS, say what you have to say, then move on. I just don't think there's any reason for people to fan the flames and start multiple threads just so they can feel superior and self-satisfied.
But oh well. That's just me. :)
I completely understand where you're coming from
A lot of work behind the scenes has been done by some of us, time spent, connections used, ICQ conversations in private, etc. Yet people still fell victim
A day of bravado is ok in my book. It will die down, but things will be shaky for a while as more is still coming to light and the scope is broadening.
I honestly think this is a good lesson for us all to still communicate openly on boards and share experiences, good or bad, and not be pegged as causing drama when, in reality, we're protecting people in our industry. But I do understand about going overboard.
Reece;
It is about the most INAPPROPRIATE way to communicate I can think of of.
Any attorney, and obviously you haven't consulted one, would tell you that if you want to send a legal communication you should do a corporate search in the state the party is located in and then send such communication to the individual who is the registered agent.
Grow up and quit behaving like a child. Take it private where it belongs.

Adda boyee, Lee! I do so love your balls-out attitude, as well the way you've brought this person to the surface for many of us to see. Maybe that is why I have a soft spot, for you --- it was hard a few minutes ago, honest!
Or maybe it's because you're buying a prancing pony (I prefer in black, not red, please) and I am the dirty whore whom you keep danglin' that carrot over!
Given yah a serious  and a pat on the back.
The silence is deafening.
It would appear that Reece and Pulz Productions have 'done a runner'
Regards,
Lee
No he's going to be brave, and come forward, and face the issues by saying:
"I'm profoundly disturbed and disapointed at the actions of these companies coming forward and bringing private business matters to the public. I've decided to no longer do business with those particular companies and move forward. Be warned, if anyone else comes forward in business dealings with me I do not accept that kind of behavior and will cease to work with you as well." :pimp:
