Do you ever recruit hot guys in person?

That's totally what i was thinking. These girls just don't have the training to be able to answer all the models questions. I've found that when they do answer all the models questions, they do it in a way that scares the models away or have them not be interested.

It only makes sense that i take care of that aspect of the work, since i've been doing this much longer than them, and i know what works and what doesn't.

...i'd like to say that being chosen as this year's "mr.august" is a compliment i'll treasure for as long as i can remember , right now i'm in my "fourth year" as a "freshmen" at UCLA studying to be a "vetrinarian" cause i love "children!"

I think I have an idea for the trust issue for compensating the models. Tell the girls who are recruiting to tell the potential models that if they say that she referred them that they will get an extra 25 an hour or some sort of bonus. This way it will insure that when you shoot the model he will tell you oh yeah so and so referred me and said I would get an extra 25 an hour. I think that would work really well and might even help get more models. :)

do you think it's a bad idea to say "nude" modeling right on the biz cards? wouldn't it be too big of a jump if they phoned in thinking that it's "modeling" and for you to have to let them know that it's actually porn? right there on the phone.

I mean, if they at least new it required nudity and they still called, then they're much more likely to not freak out and maybe come in to meet with you, no?

I would like some input on your question also. When do you break it to them that it is nude modeling?

you should definitely let them know that the work requires nudity in person, right off the bat. You don't have to mention that it's porn at this stage (but if the time is appropriate then you should, i believe). If you didn't even mention that it requires nudity and they call you on the phone the next day and realize that it's not conventional modeling but full-out porn, they'll hang up in a second.

It's not that hard to let them know that the work requires them to be nude. Simply say "oh and btw....just to let you know, the work will require nudity." Most people know that even conventional modeling requires nudity, so most guys will be cool with it at this stage. The trick is not to come on full-force, but to rather "ease" them into it. If you look them in the eye with confidence, they'll be much more cool with the idea.

Like i said, i don't scout guy myself very often, but from talking to my talent scouts and after meeting with many guys (after they've replied to an ad for eaxmple), i have a basic grasp of what works. So I too would totally appreciate it if some experts in this field could offer their advice.
