CCBill now has two additional sales people for setting up new accounts and sub-accts, Paul and Renee, who get things done in record time. Not to mention the clientsupport@ccbill.com crew are far superior to even a couple of years ago - for those Clients who kind of faded away from trying.
And the admin page is now easier than before to do some of that yourself - once you figure out where the menu item is.
Also, you could consider doing a live www.Cam4.com show. On the right day of the week, and the right time of the day on the World Clock, you'd have quite a following of US/South American/Euro people paying to watch. Start simple, clothed, and build up to the full reveal, one "goal" at a time, over 2-3 hours.
You had good Internet in the location you were at in 2009. Amazing to Americans, that many East European countries have far superior Internet than we do in the US.

I wanted to mention something to you ... your affiliate page here http://www.euroboyxxx.com/affiliates/ is where webmasters end up from your webmaster link on the tour. It took me awhile to figure out to click the "other" affiliate link by the boy up top to get to the actual signup page.
Suggestion: In the text box where you welcome the webmaster ... at the end of this " If you have any questions you can contact us at the information listed below. " put something like "Not an affiliate yet of EuroBoy? Then CLICK HERE"
OR ... change the link on the tour to take webmasters to the signup page and not the content page. And put the content page link into a welcome email and at the bottom of the signup page.

Actually, changing the link on the tour would be the better idea as a lot of guys know about affiliate content and will check those links and download your material. Can you setup the affiliate stuff behind a password area and send that info out with the welcome emails?

We re moving to NATS within the week so will have a brand new affiliate interface it needed something.
