I stopped posting on YNOT because I got personally attacked a couple of times, once by Hammer (when I was joking about why it's better to live in Canada than America... so apparently, we're not the only ones who can't understand the humor of others.)

I also find it funny that when he gets accused of showing up for the sake of stirring up shit, he acts like a little wounded bird, but then admits to enjoying "fucking with people and pressing their buttons to get reactions".

That's pretty much the dictionary definition of "stirring shit up". Duh.

And try as I may, I could never imagine Don or Andy saying that gay people have to get dogs as a subsitute for children to make thier illegal marraiges complete.

Ok, ya know what, enough of this. It’s a stupid thing. Basschick might not be a ‘gay man’, but you know, she’s right here in the trenches with us ‘gay men’. Working her ass off, and giving advice. Not throwing it around when it fits their business model.

Darling my balls are just as big as your, and I and a few of the people here post on other boards. We may actually say something, if every time we do, we get hit with some “gay people are sick shit”. Now about that show. Granted some radio shows are worth while, but I bet Hitler thought his broadcasts where great too. Go figure….. I thank you for the gay marriage thing, it’s nice to hear. The fact of the matter is that if you where here joking, talking, and getting to know us, we might not be so defensive to you. Ya know, like you point out that Don and I do. We’re allowed to do that because where here daily, doing business, making friends, and on a good day, I might even suck a cock. However, we don’t just blow in once every so often, make a post thinking that we’re being “cute”. As for the sarcasm and the humor and laugh, again this goes back to the fact that we know these people, they are our friends. We do not do that to perfect strangers. Str8 or gay. It’s called business, if you have some advice to give someone great, we welcome it. You’re a smart person, and seem to have a good thing going. Why not drop this stupid thing and make some $? Instead of sitting here making all these reasons why you said it? You don’t agree, you made your case, people don’t agree. So be it. People like twinks, I think they suck ass. However, my feeds are now full of them. Do I made dumb posts about them for 12 hours? Nope, I sell my feeds, make my cash, and laugh all day long while I do it.

i took human sexuality and several years of psychology. i based most of what i said on that and experience of people i know. it seems you aren't interested in that, or what other human beings on this thread have to say. that being the case, i'll move on.

Jasun - you are SO right. don and andy never say things at other people's expense (nor do most people here) which is one of the reasons i found this board so wonderful :-)

I post on about 15 boards regularly as many of you would know.

This is one of the best in respect to open and frank discussion and being taken seriously, WHATEVER you point of view.

Having led a "colorful" life, I have seen and done way TOO much in my life, and I suppose that leads to my blaise attitude to many things, including sexuality.

I am straight, I live with my girlfriend and 2 children, but even she says to me often "I so think you must be gay".

Gay friends of mine call me often the most homosexual heterosexual they have ever met.

Does that bother me?

Not at all.

I know me and I know my sexuality.

I probably hug and kiss more men than women.

I **hate** being called homophobic as much as I **hate** being called gay-friendly.

I am just me.

I respect the right of ANYONE to do or say ANYTHING, whether I agree or not, but ONLY if THEY are prepared to respect MY right to do the same.

Don't make this your last posts or thread here Hammer, you are a big part of what makes this board what it is.

I'm curious, then, why you seem to act so surprised when you do indeed get reactions and somehow act like those reactions are uncalled for, unexpected, unwarranted or not at all what you were seeking out.

If you want to throw a little controversy out there, that's all well and good. But don't go crying like a baby when you provoke the hostile reactions you yourself attempt to claim you sought out in the first place.

And then tossing out generalizations and accusations at entire groups of people without basis or merit and acting surprised when people point out how your firmly held blanket generalizations don't apply to them. We all only post on this board. We all only talk to one another. We all only socialize and do business with one another. We all have no idea about anything at all involving straight guys. So on so forth.

Who cares if you're a homophobe or not. You just seem like a dumbass to me. That's the only conclusion I'm drawing here. We're all more than happy to interact and converse with ya and be proven otherwise, but you state yourself it's reactions you're so often after so it hardly seems unlikely people will get an unfair impression of you, if it is indeed unfair. Chill out, make for some pleasant convo, and don't go out of your way to "get those reactions" you then treat as unfairly gotten and you might actually do your business a favor.
