Hmm..a couple of things here.Quote:

2)But more importantly..what the heck are you proposing we do then? Remove ALL gay sites that could in the very least OFFEND the "morality" of the Christian right? Where the F**K do we stop then? Let's get rid of sim rape. Let's get rid of leather, bondage s&m etc etc. Ok..lets get rid of all anal sex sites because we all know God did not mean THAT orifice for sex!!
Where do you draw the line Dzinerbear? Why do we cower like this in fear of some site "offending" the religious right when it has gone out of it's way to say "THIS IS A SIMULATION WHERE THE ACTORS ARE PRETENDING!"?
Must we always think so defensively when protecting "our rights"? I think it's time to be more pro-active and taking it TO the Christian right on the net for their hate mongering, not sitting in a corner whimpering "oh gawd..I hope they don't see that sim rape site and get upset!
Oh man..didn't know about the situation with your son. That must have been incredibly stressful. How did things turn out?Quote:

The ACLU really helped with the case and once reporters starting showing up for every hearing, particularly the 48 hours crew, the conservative judge stopped doing favors for the religious attorney and started doing everything by the book. Thank God.
After I won I moved out here to Australia to enjoy life for a while and find normality.
I have faith that the law is on our side when it comes to freedom of speech etc. As long as you're not breaking the law, if someone challenges your rights you'll be in for a fight, but the law is on your side.
Oh man..just read the 2 articles. Absolutely unbelieveable! (actually, alas very believable these days..and THIS was BEFORE the re-election of Bush!)Quote:

You heathen slut Squirt! lol
GOOD for you! Hope things are going well for you in Australia.
It seems as if the problem here isn't the content itself, but the questions behind how it may have been filmed.
Would anyone have a problem with fake rape sites if they posted a separate unedited video of the entire shoot from the minute the model arrived until he left? Thus proving it was all an act?
I think webmasters would still have a problem over them since the revenue stream is from people who are curious about rape.
It's like those underage non-sexual sites out there. They are legal, but the income is still coming from pedeos.
Yes i agree with alot of the statments said this fetish is not for everyone and yes there are alot of porn companyies out there that do trick men and women alike into doing hard core video. I am not like that. I nmade a will choice to have those disclaimers they were not needed and before every video i have the models stating they its just roleplays my website in no way condones and type of rape. I hold a stead fast option however that if a person have a very personal fetish they should have an outlet for it and hopefuly my website is an outlet for them. I also agree that sites that no only hire but even sites that depict models under the age of 18 need to be corrected or better regulated as this is a very serious crime in not only americia but in many other country's.
Thankyou so much for your comments and i appologize it took me so long to find this particular post

Not many would accually go to africa to help feed people to help edjucate people. I mean seriously when are people ever going to figure what is important in life and stop screwing around. Now, the processor is Ibill. Certainly raises my already nonexistent respect for Ibill another notch.
As much as i always appriciate most comments however I went to your link and i see men depicted to be very young. Well how do you justify to yourself that your site is any better or more moral then mine? Your site is within the law by inches and mine is well within the law so again i ask you How is your site more moral and what gives you the right to say a comment like that? Everyone in the world has a fetish and i am catering to a very limited number of people if that is my choice then so be it why are there always a bunch of people that try to cause issues? Think about my statement and plz post again would love to have a inteligent conversation with you about this subject
Boyfunk is not "within inches of the law". Yes, some of our guys are youthful looking, but we clearly state all over our site that the guys are over 18, and we discourage anything that indicates otherwise. Our site is depicting very cute guys who are genuinely enjoying having sex with other cute guys. As such, our members simply have a window on the healthy and normal activities of cute gay guys in their late teens and early 20s.
I have a hard time making the same argument for a site that's promoting and encouraging fantasies about rape, particularly fantasy rape where one of the models is supposedly completely unable to defend himself. In my opinion, it's not modeling and encouraging healthy behavior.
Like any other adult site, our sites have to go through Visa compliance, and Visa does, in fact, prohibit sites that imply underage models, so clearly they (and ccbill's compliance group, which is probably even more conservative than Visa itself) do not find anything objectionable with our content.
On the other hand, Visa regulations do, in fact, prohibit actual or simulated rape sites, and that's why CCBill and Epoch don't process for them. Verotel has been known for taking shady stuff for a while, but seems to have cleaned up their act in the last year. But I could totally see Segpay and Ibill taking shady stuff 'cause they're both really hungry... my comment about ibill had more to do with their jeopardizing their ability to process Visa than about your site specifically, and particularly after what they went through with First Data, I'd think they'd be a little more conservative and careful.
However, I'm also a fan of the first amendment, and as much as I think it's wrong to further encourage someone's unhealthy fantasy, I'd defend your right to say what you want. If the feds came after your site, I'd be one of the first to argue that your right to free speech allows you to do what you're doing. It's just that for me personally, I'd never be able to feel comfortable putting up a site that might encourage someone to go out and take advantage of someone else.
Hope that clarifies.
Thankyou for your post. I am also a big fan of the first amendment also. I didn't mean for that post to be only targeted at you, however, I understand that is the way it came off. I meant to say that in my eyes to have models that looked underage is more offensive to me then a sim rape video with a Huge amount of disclaimers and coming from a company that does all it can to help in the prevention of rape (Of course without Insight into my company many wouldn't know our stances and what we do to help the community.) Thankyou have a Great Night --- Josh
