Im looking to buy/build another house, possibly in Mexico somewhere and just wondered if any of you folks had ever done or considered this yourselves?
Right now, from what i have seen new home prices for a decent looking 2/3 bed, house range from abnout $100k+.
Anyone got any advice or sites i should check out to get more information on this?

That price looks like you are looking around Mexico City or Baja
Maybe Buck will pop in and give a little "what we did"
I too, have been looking at getting some land in Mexico so the advice would be Awesome.
Yeah Baja is where ive been looking so far but im told there are some other places that are pleasing to the eye a little further down the coast too and the prices are a little cheaper too :)

I think Stewart Title now handles closing and title insurance in Mexico. Make SURE you have your closing and title insured.
