Anyone got an exit or diversification strategy?

Regardless of the 2257 amendments online porn will always exist in some form unless it's flat out made illegal and VISA stops all processing. However, 2257 is definitely making it more difficult to do business. Some will leave, some will stay and persevere.

Do you have an exit strategy?

Do you have a diversification strategy to make your business less reliant on revenue from the adult sector?

I'd be interested in some discussion on how the skills we've amassed in this business can be put to use making us money somewhere else? The skills required to market porn are valuable, how does one go about finding something more mainstream to promote?

I've started a non profit organization who's direction is now headed to making adoption free for parents to be.

Non profit organizations have a big gap that any good porn marketer can fill in helping them obtain donations and gain visibility. I'd just make sure you help organizations that are NOT religious based.. as your past might come back to haunt you and there's no need to help the ignorant in our society :francais:

While your cause is worthy, I was thinking more along the lines of other ways to make money.

There is money in non-profit organizations obviously.. directors and employees don't work for free. Commissions can be paid to those who bring in donations... etc. etc. I'm glad you know nothing about that industry... less competition :francais:

I guess one simple example would be a Mega Movie Stars charitable foundation.. they are great tax write offs as well ;)

Of course, I am talking about real estate. Not really sure if this is an "exit strategy" per-se, but this is something I am very interested in from an investment perspective......any thoughts?

My bf and I have been working on investing in real estate for the past few months. So far we got a condo in west palm beach, fl for a steal. woohoo!.

We've also been goin to local foreclosures and auctions. Fun stuff.

I personally think Brazilian men are quite hot and I have a friend/translator in Porto Alegre. Could you share more info on the 6 month rule? Would I have a problem there speaking only Americanized English until I picked up enough survival words?

Real estate is definately a booming market at the moment however, as soon a interest rates go up again the bottom is going to drop out of it for a few years.
