Wish I had a wise answer to give you I own a whole bunch a tgp/mgp sites it seems nobody is really TALKING about what they are doing -- to date I have had one- count that ONE submitter ask me for 2257 compliant recip banners - and one submitter close up shop completely he said it was just not possible for him to make a living doing this in compliance.
I think too many people are watching to see "what happens" and who goes down first....... the thing to fear is not the date but the task force thats already been active for months -- My educated guess is they already have their "Targets" selected and they are just waiting now for that date to roll along.
I have my suspecions that some of the more arrogant sponsors that have smug remarks {which shall remain nameless here} on their websites about 2257 will be selected as examples in the top of the list. :pimp:
Well, as for my tgp its sort of on a case-by-case basis. I've noticed that a few of my submitters have changed their galleries to include a 2257 notice or link on galleries that have already been submitted.
If they're in good standing then I'm letting it slide. The ones that I'm not letting slide tend to be the ones that are also making other changes to their galleries.
As for new galleries that are getting submitted -- basically I allow for a link to a 2257 page.
If a submitter has an 2257 page fine -- If not -- fine. As long as its legal content, (i.e. no underage models or activities) and as long as the gallery submitter follows my other simple rules they'll probably be getting in.
Note: I should be back to accepting general gallery submissions by tommorow. I had to temporarily close general submissions as I found a number of people re-directing and 404ing; so I needed to do some major weeding out over the past 5 days.
Just noticed that bec also asked about content change. For me that would probably require a new submission as its a content change and may not reflect the original submission pic and description of whats taking place.
I suppose that would make sense, initially I meant replace some explicit photos from the same set, but if that really makes the scripts holler uncle ... then are you allowing a submitter to pull explicit galleries altogether? I can see this being a real mess for both sides and a lot of time for both owners and gallery makers.Quote:

I don't know if you've got galleries with me -- if you do, give me a heads up on which ones or the domain and I'll work with ya if thats the route you're going. :)
I don't want to accidently ban the good guys n girls who submit good stuff. Its tuff when you've got thousands of galleries to go through...

I'm a submitter, and I pursued getting model records from two sponsors who gave me good free content...both said they're still trying to decide what to do. I have not heard back from any of my inquiries to paid content providers so far.
I've already redirected some of my very old TGP galleries. As far as explicit TGP button recips goes, I've already removed them...so they are just showing "alt" text now on the galleries. I don't plan on doing any more submissions until I have my 2257 records set up...which is QUITE a project.

It affects me as a tgp owner because the U.S. submitters are either adapting to this new thing or droping their galleries and/or sites.Quote:

Yea Robin I understand. Actually I am not having any problems complying since I have always done my own work the only problem it is giving me is the stupid linking system they want and that is only taking some time to do. Jamie and I have been working on it together this past week since he is out of school for the summer. Robin he should be on your site. We built a home gym in our basement 3 years ago and he faithfully goes down 5 days a week and spends 2 to 3 hours in it. It is kind of fun, we workout together and it has made amazing changes in both of us. Jamie is actually really huge now.
(190 lbs w/16.5 arms). we are also celebrating 7 years this week so I guess I am really lucky, anyway my point is I hope your doing well and I am sorry that this administration is causing other people outside the U.S. problems too.

Congrats! Well if you guys build tgp galleries you're welcome to submit them to my tgp. Unless you're talking about one of my other sites...I've got a mixed mega-free site with a few avs/aen galleries mixed in and I've got a asian mega avs/aen site.
