Do Not Do Business With Great Sex Content - Selling Stolen Content

We were just notified today that one of the sets (potentially more) that we aquired from http://www.greatsexcontent.com were being distributed by them illegally.

As such, we are currently redesigning the new Euro Studs site from Condom Cash because some of the content they provided us with was being used on that specific tour. In addition to checking that non of the content we purchased from them is being used on any of our other sites, in any of the members areas or, on any promotional materials.

All of the illegally distributed content they provided us with has now been removed from the sites members areas completely.

We are fully co-operating with the legal owner of several sets of content Great Sex Content are illegally selling through their store to ensure that they [GSC] are not able to continue decieving webmasters in to purchasing their stolen content sets.

If any of the other content providers we have on the GWW Community finds any of their images being sold on the GSC site please post in this thread and let us all know which sets they do not have the rights to sell.

Lets get these content thieves out of the adult industry.

If any of the Condom Cash affiliates have any further concerns about illegal content being used in or, on any of our sites please contact admin @ redbagproductions.com and i will personally address any concerns you have.

Webnet, yes thats the one we've been made aware of.

We're not taking any risks though and removing all the content we got from them.

Better safe than sorry is my train of thought with this.

claim me have the exclusive license for sell some photo sets,

I removed the sets because only was 2 photosets and I want not problems,
but Content2die4 tell me, "I have the signed licenses from photographer, and can prove it"

now, I see the same problem with greatsexcontent.com
so, I think 100% the problem is with the photographer, first sell some photosets to other content providers, and after want sell the sets as exclusive to Premiumadultcontent.com

Premium Adult Content are the legal owners / distributors of that image set.

Prostock (The guy who owns content2die4) is a known scammer and im not suprised he was also selling stolen content, we banned him a few years ago from all of our resource communities.

I have also since found out that several other providers have had problems with GSC selling their image sets illegally since i posted this thread.

Looks like GSC are going to have a lot of legal troubles in the next week or two and im more than happy to assist those providers whose content was being sold illegally any way that i can. Providers spend a lot of money on their content, for someone else to sell it claiming it as their own, illegally, is theft, plain and simple.

It also looks like GSC is selling content from the Swissboys site and a couple of others also so ive contacted those site owners to let them know.

As i said above, ill help in any way i can get these content thieves out of the industry.

Simply make it unprofitable for cheats to operate.

I don't undertand why sell stolen content, sooner or later catch them.

thats not the case, the photographer is marossa and marossa is premiumadultcontent. but for 2257 we deliver copy id and copy modelreleases with each set that is purchased for weblicense

none of the sets is sold for to resellers, the thing that happens is that a weblicense buyer just resell the rights for weblicense and even reseller license. which he is not righted to

content providers that buy or resell content, and do not check with the company whos name is mentioned on the contracts is just believing on someones word that he has the right, althrough the license in the contracts are on another companies name. which is really stupid, on these cases a bell should have ringed

after letting them know that the content they used was stolen they redesigned the tour within 12 hours

I think this makes them a good party to sponsor, serious guys !!!

Lee, thank you kindly for the heads-up - I simply h8 (no, the words is not "too strong" as some may think) scammers, of all sorts!

We were also one of the ones scammed by Jim (Prostock) and he illegally licensed our content for sale on GSC. GSC did promptly remove all our content off the site after we sent them a DRMCA notice, so we decided not to press charges.

I definitely concur with Lee on Prostock (Content2Die4), karma will have it's way with him (if it hasn't already).

Man that sucks when that happens. It is costly too because you have to redesign so many things etc. Sorry to hear about that Lee.

I guess you are right. Anyhow, it's not worth to discuss this any longer as the content was just amateur stuff and not to good at all. It's easier just to remove it

So, we have removed all this Jimmy stuff now and i am sorry about the problems, but you Lee, you have set up and announced a new site and playing now the good guy while you haven't payed any cent nor you have finished the deal we had. So, better to keep a bit quiet before you shout out more. Usually you do not have any licence until this is paid, if with money or with a swapping deal, this doesn't matter at all. Therefor you probably better remove the other stuff from your site as well or you finish the deal we had now.

You purchased content from ProStock, discovered that it was stolen and he didnt have the rights to sell it to you but, rather than removing all of the stuff you bought from him from your server in its entirity....

You bought another 200,000 images from the guy? Is that right?

You have already purchased several stolen sets from him and have been made aware publicly and in private that the sets you have purchased have been stolen several times but you still buy more stolen content from the same guy?!?! :eek:

I think we're oftentimes so defensive in this industry because there's definitely no shortage of people out there screwing other people (pun!) but would imagine there's also plenty of occasions in which people make honest mistakes.

It could be that both Lee and GreatSexContent got screwed by a 3rd party here, and that neither one is evil.

It reminds me of when we recently hired a model, through his agent, that we thought had not done any other work. We were assured we'd be the first company he worked with. Well, after filming him (and paying him) and all that good stuff, we find out he did a bunch of work for other people immediately before we flew him out here to film him.

At first, I got ticked at his agent and let him have it. I felt it was his responsibility to know and share that info, and that he'd intentionally deceived me. But after further discussion, we all discovered it was the model who'd kept his agent in the dark on extra money he was making "on the side", and so both the agent and we got screwed, essentially.

Sometimes, the conflict between 2 parties is rooted in the misdeeds of a 3rd. :)

The problem with your analysis, which, i might add, in any usual circumstance id be quite willing to accept as possible, is that, after being told that they had stolen content on thier site, several times, they continue to sell it.

It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out, if you have something on your content store that you arent legally allowed to sell, you remove it and dont continue selling it to other webmasters putting their business in potential legal jeopardy.

I didn't get that impression from this thread.

I got the impression that they sold it as long as they believed they had the rights to it. But have recently removed all of the stuff from their site having since discovered the photog. was a shady operator and that the stuff was stolen.

So they're not still selling it.

They were when you bought it from them because they weren't aware they'd purchased stolen stuff. This entire incident is what made them aware, and they've removed it all as a result.

And in reading Dannyz's post in this thread, he said that GSC promptly removed all his stuff once he sent them a notice. So they weren't still selling it after he told them. That's why he didn't press charges. Dannyz said it was prostock that scammed him. Not GSC.

I can't speak for the other Webmasters whose content Lee says they were selling stolen, but GSC did remove all of our content within about 3 days of my sending them the notice and replied promptly.

B. is right that I felt we were ripped off by prostock, not GSC. I felt a bit sorry for them actually, since I think they were ripped off by Prostock (a professional scammer) in the same way we were.

I really don't understand the deal Lee had with GSC, and am thinking there is a misunderstanding going on? Much better if they can talk in person and work it out I think then causing drama here on the board.

Lee, I did a search and it does appear they removed all of JCA's (Content2Die4) content other then 2 sets. Just do a search on their site by producer, 'JCA.' So I do think there must be a misunderstanding as they obviously have not put 200,000 more images for sale on the site. Hope you guys can work it out.

Yeah when she mentioned that they'd bought another 200,000 pics, I didn't read it as saying they'd found out the guy was a scammer, and still decided to buy 200,000 more pics from him and sell them.

I read it as her saying they'd bought 200,000 total awhile back, later found out some of it was stolen, and so decided to pull down the lot.

Which is a good thing.

We made one deal with him, which was about this amount. But anyhow, we have take everythign off from him. Maybe we should have done this earlier, but I 100% sure some of the stuff he has sold he produced by his own.
But hey, who cares. It's not such a good content at all and will not hurt us that much as we still have enough stuff on stock. We are not for more than 25 Years in biz because we are counting to some of these called "producers". But of course, if you are that long in the biz you will recognize it was not the first and will not be the last time something like this happen. But until today we have everytime found a way how to manage it that anybody was happy and satisfied.
There are just some little webmasters which are thinking they are that important which are fishing for some attention, or what would you say lee?

Like Danny said, usually this kind of problems are allways solved on a direct way immediately even we will loose some money, but learned something about trustable producers.
