Frankly I've never really had any luck with big program sites. Some sponsors work wonders for some affiliates, others you can't give away. And it's just worked out for me that the big program sites don't click with my traffic, I guess. So that's why the sponsors I promote usually are one-site-shops... which is to say a single membership site with a webmaster referral program, as opposed to a sponsor program with many sites in their portfolio.

Now on Friday I was watching the UT / Texas A&M football game, and several times I watched a bunch of black football players just pile on top of the guy with the ball. I know I got aroused.

well, for a moment of shameless self promotion, I'd like to point out that we've been getting some really good feedback on our about-to-launch boyfunk 3.0 (you can see it at new.boyfunk.com)
When we launched Boyfunk 2.0 in late 2003, it was converting *insanely* well (1:25 and 1:45 was what a lot of sponsors were getting) and it has continued to produce, even though it's gotten pretty dated. The new site, with the ability to see what's available to members, seems to be generating a lot of enthusiasm among the affiliates we've shown it to.
Still a few bugs being worked out, but give us a shot in about a week :)
If you are looking for a Latino Twink niche site to promote our affiliate program does quite well with an average of 1:100.
