So in the joys of ongoing customer service, I had the honor of dealing with a customer this morning who described my site "as unenticing as sawdust".

Man, that's kinda harsh. It's weird that we remember the bad things and not all the great things people say about ourselves and our work.

Hmmmm, sounds like he expected to find a lot more on your site than he actually did. I knew going into it what to expect, so I was cool with what I found. Maybe he was hoping to find a lot of actual sex.

Had a guy say over the weekend that our site, www.hotdesertknights.com "sucks". He said it in the context that it "sucks to have to pay $25 to see the site".
Guess he expects that he should be able to come to the site, watch 12 full length films totaling more than 130 hours, see more than 130 video clips, see more than 20,000 XXX photos, have access to hardcore screensavers, receive 20% off every purchase, get free membeship in our sister site, www.MakingGayPorn.com which contains hundreds of hours of behind the sceen fvideo footage plus dozens of full length films, XXX postcards to send to friends and XXXwallpaper all for free!
I don't think that a lot of the guys out there realize what it cost and the time involved to operate a website.
