Oh, and back to the original topic (how do we always manage to turn everything into some kind of depreaved sex act discussion?)... Pure unmessied water. Things like pop and coffee have sugar, caffine, chemicals, acids, and all sorts of other horrid things in them, which is what you're trying to clean out with all the water.

Although, if I didn't have at least three cups of coffee before coming into work, I'd probably snap, mow three or four people down and wind up crying in the electric chair, nullifying any water drinking I had done.

It's all about balance.
