Threads like this can be VERY damaging to a business - Though I do not know the full story I know they are still very much in business and available for comments/emails.
If you resell a Neova Website use the following link to access your stats.
https://secure.livecharge.net/affiliate/
They do appear to be doing something & I know they are swamped with emails after a serrver issue.
Cheers

a look at the whois shows a parked domain, changed yesterday and now pointing to www.pregteens.net
all our links dead end, as do a number of other sites that use neova,
e-mails and calls to them are going totally unasnwered, if you have soem inside scoop on this that I dont not know i welcome you to share this.
also who is this livecharge.net? thats not neova.net ,
Oh now this is odd. and rather interesting, it seems that neova has changed its domain name? or at least moved servers withouty informing its clients.
the neova.net server dns now refers to a parked domain and tries to resolve to www.pregteens.net
however, taking the post above mine its seems that all the neova accounts have been moved to a new domain, liveserver.net
changing www.neova.net or https://secure.neova.net/admin to https://secure.liveserver.net/admin does bring up the neova interface.
liverserver.net was registered last month
so I am still kinda in the dark, maybe an E-mail from aaron to his clients BEFORE he started moving domains may be in order??
if anyone has any more info a post would probally be in order for clients processing on neova/ liveserver or whatever its going to be called
Perhaps the name change is to try and protect themselves from the FBI investigating them for all those child porn sites they were processing for LOL
Regards,
Lee
If you look at the whois record for neova.net, it looks as though the registered owner is now "neova judgement" and the contact info looks bogus (as though it was done in a hurry and somebody needs to update it.)
The last change date to the whois record was yesterday. And, for me, at least, the https://secure.liveserver.net url is now refusing connections. Perhaps liveserver.net is not Neova, but they're just pointing there temporarily?
My guess is that somebody filed suit against Neova, won, and got control of the domain name as an enforcement of the judgement. If that's true, I'd run the other direction as fast as possible.... between this and the rumblings of issues with the Justin Berry matter, doesn't seem like a prudent thing to stay with them.
yes i saw that as well. here is the registration info:

but what about all the ligit sites like us, rockeys sites, beachboi, , keywest dudes and about 100 othersQuote:

Why would the FBI be investing those sites?Quote:

apparenrly the domain was hijacked, but it's available on livecharge.net
aaron's actively working to get neova.net back from the folks who stole it
I'm sure he'll have more for us soon...
best
skot
Yep, i FINALLY get a hold of aaron, well more like he popped up on aim after 2 months to bring me upto date, apparnelty he heard I had posted here, LOL so that how i can get aarons attention is it :)
But glad to know it isnt a belly up thing
Anyone who continued using Neova after the Justin story broke invited what may now be happening to them. That story brought longtime allegations and rumors into public view for those who had never heard them.Quote:

This Hijacking is intolerable. The TLD's (Top Level Domain name providers) need to get Hijacking under control. The damage caused to me and other webmasters who use Neova needs to be resolved.
In the meantime, Neova should be sending us merchants instructions for an alternate Domain Name, OR and IP address to use in the interim! My websites are PHP/SQL driven, so it would take seconds to change "https://seure.neova.net?" to another URL that will connect to the same computers that neova.net pointed to!
Despite the evil action of the domian name hijack, the computer(s) that did the neova.net credit card processing have IP address(s) and those haven't changed. Give us a new DOmain name, or the IP addresses themselves to substitute! There should not have been more than a few minutes of downtime because of this hijacking.
I get 20 e-mails a day from Phishers posing as Banks, PayPal, Ebay, etc, trying to lure me into their net, to their fake websites that look like legit financial companies, to enter account / username / password info, so they can capture that info, then log in to the real sites and transfer funds. This hijacking of neova.net is nothing more than this kind of criminal theft.
As for the alleged connection with CP merchants as described in the NY Times article: the issue there is that one 13 yr old kid claimed that he set up an account and verified his identity as being of legal age (18+) with someone else's documentation - identity theft. It isn't Neova's problem - Neova didn't create the situation. And if hundreds of thousands of dollars flowed into the kid's account as claimed, more light needs to be focused on the Bank account the kid was using to process the funds than poor Neova.
But whoever is in contact with Neova - please ask them to provide us with an alternate URL so we can continue processing. I really don't give a damn about the name "neova.net", I just need an IP to point to. Let's get going!!
I talk to Aaron almost daily. He actually approached the FBI and told them he was going to answer any questions they had. The told him to go home and didn't investigate him for the websites he processed for.Quote:

just change the secure.neova.net to secure.livecharge.net and that should fix itQuote:

livecharge.net
is not resolving this morning.
What is Aaron telling you to use as an alternate URL?
I'm not connecting to http://secure.livecharge.net nor https...
My nameserver finds an IP for secure.livecharge.net , but using the IP doesn't connect either.
yeah its down again, anyone manage to get in contact with aaron?
This did not start with the NYT article or Justin's site for that matter.Quote:

I added the code for my alternate CC processor (AlertPay)so I can take orders again.
For some reason, customers have more trouble using AlertPay than Neova... but AlertPay pays by ACH while Neova writes checks. Waste of gas to drive to Bank to deposit.
AlertPay allows you to send the name of the item being purchased as part of the FORM, while Neova has the tedious process of creating an inventory, then needing us to send the catalog number... blah blah typing.
But, something is better than nothing.
I got my "weekly payout" e-mail from Neova this morning, on schedule.
No e-mail giving any explanation about what is happening nor what to do in the interim.
I was able to connect just now to ...livecharge...
and my Merchant control panel is accurate.
Im banning that N***A.net domain name given the current content located on the domain.

Lee
Good idea.
If you link to that site, I would remiove your links. N***A.net has been changed to Livecharge.net

This looks suspiciously like a smear job on n-e-o-v-a by someone who didn't like Aaron and/or Aaron owed money to. The listing of "***** judgement" as the domain owner certainly indicates there was some sort of legal judgement against *****. Interesting that Aaron hasn't offered any explanation, the domain hijacking thing sounds just a lil fishy.
