And before it goes in my list to approve, i am having a script run through the site and if there are links to those sites. I am just going to have it send a sorry you are banned. Maybe I will give them 3 chances....

Actually, I can't really think of a time that we could point to when the adult entertainment industry had class. Other than a few pioneers, the early days of porn were not populated with classy operators either.
There are a few good apples in the barrel that run upfront businesses, but there will always be a lot of people in this business just out to make a quick buck and nothing else.

unless you have a bot to scan for URLs you'll be getting these all the time wether you ban the sponsors or not.
When I reviewed sites the more I told these people No the more they submitted , there was one who I gave 4 declines in a row, next day he submitted 25 sites at once...

If a site like that slips but. (He's got a site with 18+ models, but his banners are less than appropriate, what is my liability). Does my TOU cover this? Terms of usage.

I stopped listing them a while ago. but when you decline a few from a webmaster he signs up under a different account and bombards me with fucking tgp galleries which I dont accept. It get to the point where I just ban/decline 90% of the links that come in.
This whole industry is really screwed up.
I really think its time the LL owners in the gay side do what the str8 LL owners do and have a black list.
