i always have to check when i type the word "latest" because around 90% of the time, i actually type "lastest". and for years after we started doing the internet thing, every time i'd type "just a sec" on icq it would come out as "just a sex".
anyone here got any repeating typos they'd like to share? they're almost always good for a laugh ;)
'Server' always seems to come out at 'served' for me LOL
I do the just a 'sex' thing now and again too haha

And I can never remember how to spell embarrass. I always second-guess whether it's two r's and s's or one r and two s's.
And one of my pet peeves in the incorrect use of elipses (...) There are only three dots, and you can type it like this: word...word or word ... word. Some people use them as if they're commas or periods.
Locker room is spelled as two words. If it is used as an adjective it carries a hyphen, for instance, locker-room sex, but they had sex in a locker room.
Jockstrap can be spelled either as one or two words, but Google seems to prefer the two-word spelling.

i sort of... like... elipses. but i use them where a pause would occur.
for years, there were more google searches for transexual than transsexual. i guess that just goes to show... er... something ;)

I seem to have some serious issues with words which have 'ou' in them - 9.9 times out of 10 I am typing 'oiu'.
Keeping caps lock on too long like someone else said with THe or stuff like that... And its not even a major typo since the word is still correct, but it still bugs me when I do it and hit send before I catch the goof!

I do the ellipsis thing a lot... and I also have a tendency, when I'm using proper names like PAtti to CApitalize the first two letters of the word.

My biggest typo happened on TV. I have a thing about repeating syllables, so words like Mississippi are hard for me because if I'm not careful I'll skip a syllable and write it as Missippi. So I was asked to do a man on the street interview for the Jimmy Kimmel show. So I talked to him for a few minutes about that and later that night I tuned into the Jimmy Kimmel and saw the whole thing in the clip. I thought to myself, "Oh my God, I've just outted myself as a kinky leatherboy to all of America". LOL!!! Luckily my folks don't watch his show, I could only imagine the phone call I'd get for that one.
The irony is that they had me in the same segment as a satinist and someone who was just really strange, so I didn't really stand out. I love LA!!!

I type my 'sign off' too fast and usually end up with the above....I should have learnt by now too, coz I do it in almost every email I send out.
