Just an update...
We approached a local printer (San Diego) that did our business cards (did a great job) and they had no problem doing adult images.
Just FYI in case anyone else needs them.
They charged $1,200 to print 10,000 (4 x 6) full - 2 sided color postcards.
We looked everywhere on the next and even called other pritners that did adult stuff..they were the best price and were able to get them done in only 4 days.

Give Richard at Breene Graphics (www.breenegraphics.com) a call next time you need adult printing. They usually have a little slower turn time (5-10 business days), but we've never had a late job or a screwup from them.
Some of their stuff is dirt cheap (the postcards you did would be about $525 according to their pricelist) while other stuff isn't very competitive, so you do have to compare them against a couple other printers.
The other people that do great work and can often do stuff insanely fast is Westminster Press 714-210-2881 (they are low tech and don't have a website.) They are fast and usually almost as cheap or cheaper than Breene. Only two downsides: they have some weird policies that on smaller jobs tends to make them less competitive, and there are only about 3 people there that speak English. Unless you're used to a thick Vietnamese accent, it can sometimes be a challenge to communicate.
Both are in the greater LA area.

I have used vistaprint for postcards before, they printed really well, and were pretty cheap. I ordered 5,000 for the company I used to work for and the most expensive part was the overnight shipping and it was still less than 400 bucks...
I use www.hotflyers.com for EVERYTHING... Miik and Victor are the BEST Accurate Quick.....and affordable.....try them......

www.psprint.com is another good one that does not mind adult stuff. It is all automated online, which is nice.
Yeah, Breene are super reliable and they get our covers to us fast.
