Reece - Why Did You Defraud All Of Those Companies?

Using stolen credit cards?

I think we all deserve an answer to this question as you make the industry as a whole look bad when you deliberatly go out of your way to defraud those companies that we all work with, and respect on a daily basis.

Are you really a professional credit card fraudster or were these just one-off transactions that you thought you would get away with?

Lets face it, you have hardly made your company or your employees look good in the past few weeks and that isnt even taking in to account the hundreds of thousands of dollars you paid people using stolen credit cards.

How do you explain all of this stuff that has happened over the last few weeks? How do you explain all of those companies not being paid or getting payments charged back because you used stolen credit cards? How do you explain your employees promoting sites that almost everyone on GWW has already said is child porn or pseudo child porn?

Do you really expect anyone to promote your pulzgold.com affiliate program when it launches or your solo model site? Does your model even know that you are one of the adult industries biggest scammers to date?

We want answers Reece.

From replies of other members of this board you both should've noticed that the majority is not interested much in this case.

I understand that accusations in forums are open and one tries to hold something against them... However if you need a "weapon" for forum postings your lawyer of your choice might have the technique to shut the oponent up - whichever of you.

I love you Develish but I couldn't disagree more. These types of posts are a warning to everyone who might possibly do business with dishonest webmasters. And in this business, we need every protection from fraud that we can find.

But with somebody who allegedly uses many credit cards (stolen or generated) to buy stuff, who alledgedly puts people into prison by skipping the bill I would still "treat" them in private and spread the word "undercover" and not on forums - this would just get the masses interested in threads like this and others on the forum - likeThis: Reece & Fraud or That: Pulz and many accusations

I would also NOT set up links from HIGH traffic webmaster sites to this thread or the threads listed OR to threads on other boards since when the accusations are wrong one is in deep shit - google's lifetime of those postings are endless - i would NOT post on other boards too...

I actually lower my respect for, and trust of, persons whom decide to deal with issues, such as this one, behind close doors as it tells me they are merely interested in their own well being.

I can go on and on however today (every Friday) is a short day for me so I will try to get to my point, sooner ... maybe ... if y'all are lucky!

The 2 companies i have spoken to today about being owed monies by Reece still havent received anything as yet.

All I'm seeing is the same type of stuff that is here.... Purchase agreements that were either not followed through with or "credit card problems" associated with them.

That alone does not define a scammer since a scammer generally takes possession of property or has services rendered without ever paying. Does anyone know of any such instances and who the victim was?

So Lee, what does he owe those two companies money for? An agreement to buy, or stuff that he actually put to use without paying for? Instances of the latter really need to be posted if they exist, since it's the only thing that can truly label him a scammer.

Tell me that you arent serious, have you read any of the stuff this guy has done that has been made public over the last few days?

You must be right, im sure it was all one big misunderstanding, after all, people chargeback transactions totalling $100,000 every day of the week, people suddenly 'vanish' every day of the week when they get caught out, its nothing to worry about.

I've seen the thread. Go over each instance of potential fraud you can find and ask yourself how Pulz benefited from it. Basically everything I can find (and I'm not saying there isn't more) is for bounced / canceled payments for goods he hadn't yet taken possession of or for services not yet rendered. That means technically nobody was out anything, and he gained nothing. Again, maybe there is more. If there is, I'd like to see it.

I don't know this guy, so I'm not vouching for his credibility. I'm just going by the evidence at hand. The only reason I'm taking an interest in this is because I was going to start pushing their sites.

In the thread on GFY that you referenced we were told publicly by Samebb "I hereby publicly renounce any connection between myself and my company to Pulz Productions."

Reece Dylan aka Scott Wiginton has only addressed the allegation brought public in the adult industry. He will not answer all of the issues posted on the web about his past schemes outside the adult industry.

I suggest this. Instead of us going out and continuing to bring more evidence of the shady dealings Reece Dylan aka Scott Wiginton, why don't you do some work for once and prove he is innocent and doesn't have a public record, liens, etc. All you do is sit back and say what if and defend your friend, instead of say, what if they're right :pimp:

Yes you are. All of your posts defend Reece Dylan aka Scott Wiginton and none of your posts take in what's actually happened the last few years and you don't make any effort to gather your own information. Does Pulz actually have any active sites? The only ones I recall seeing were BritishBucks sites. I don't even think their PulzProduction site was functional when the announced their Phoenix Forum sponsorship. In fact, it's still not functional. What's up with that? Let's attempt to spend $11,000 on a sponsorship and promote something that doesn't even exist yet. Very odd.

They have a bunch of partially-baked sites (splash pages with nonworking links, mostly.)

I don't think British Bucks is owned by Pulz. I think Sam owns that and Pulz was supposedly buying it, but the Paypal payment supposedly got held up over "fraud concerns."
