As for the A&E movie...
The idea behind the strike is Gay marriage. Now the show puts the "gays" in job titles of Hair Dresser, Forests and Wedding planners.
I'm a bit turned off by the Hollywood depiction of gays on film but have tevo set to record.

Entertainment Weekly reviewed it and gave it a B+. That's a pretty good grade. I'm TiVO'ing it as well. I tried to interview John Stamos for one of the mags I write for, but another writer had already beaten me to it.
Good thing it airs again at 1:00 am as I totally forgot about it ... that's bad considering I posted on it last week! LOL
I think L.A. would shut down a WHOLE lot faster than if illegal immigrants went on strike.
Well i actually only watched the first 5 minutes of it because Sleeper Cell was on ShowTime and im much more interested in those types of shows than 'gay' ones LOL
Hopefully ill catch it on a repeat :)
