Congratulations-Rocky Eon Films

MTV just aired there reality show called "Real Life" this episode featured three homosexual individual coming out of the closet, one of those individuals was Caleb Carter and they filmed Caleb in his boyfriend doing a photoshoot on the set of "The Dicks of Hazzard" and they showed Rocky taking the pics!!!

Congratulations to Rocky and his apperance on MTV's "Real Life"....perhaps MTV will show the "Real Life" of an gay adult video producer!!!!

Catch the episode, I'm sure they will show repeats....

Thats really cool I will have to watch out for that, I really like those MTV reality show anyway, and their representation of gay people on them have been some of the best I have ever seen. Congratulations-Rocky Eon Films & MTV for having the guts to do what some many are still afraid of. :thumbsup:

I just saw it. I was on it for all about 15 seconds. You see the side of my face, the back of my head and me as I snap photos of Caleb (Ben) on the barn set of "The Dicks of Hazzard."

At one point I snap a picture of Ben and his boyfriend kissing. Disappointed with the picture, you can hear me say "What are you guys, sisters? Open your mouths, that looked fucking horrible."

Oh I am not disappointed AT ALL! The show was not about me. I remember when Ben called me as I was buying the car for the movie the day we did this shoot. He called as I was driving the car home and told me he had arrived for the shoot, and that MTV was there, too. At the time MTV was also shooting their BeachHouse in San Diego (Mike Jones) was performing.

Anyway, I immediately called all of th emodels at HotBoyHouse and told them to get the place clean because MYV would be there filming. The other models did not want to be caught on TV in a gay cam house, so they hid in their rooms as we did the shoot in front of the cameras.

I forgot the cameraman was even there. He just blended into the background. I can see how the Real World cast members live with cameras around them all of the time... they are barely noticeable.

But no, I am not upset. I loved it. I have it recorded on my DVR. I just need to figure out how to get it from my DVR box to my comp so I can get it on YouTube.

Says its on at 10Am PST on MTV tomorrow 01/05/07, maybe its just me but does seem they are a little afraid to run this in prime time, the last time it was on was at like 4Am

Why would MTV be scared to show anything gay in PrmeTime? Most of their shows have at least one gay or lesbian character. There has only been on season of the Real World where a character was not gay or lesbian, and some think that Cyrus was a closet case anyway!

The episode aired at 9pm, originally, Max. I am sure it will play 100 more times between now and February.

No I looked its not on later in the day, but I guess we will have to see what time slots they pick for this episode. I watch the real world all the time, but the difference here is that this is a episode of this show with almost ALL gay people in it, and from what I gather nothing tragic happens to them so we will have to see I guess

Max, MTV is one of the most gay-friendly channels out there. They have, for the past 20 years, been a HUGE supporter of gay and lesbian rights and are largely responsible for the higer levels of tolerance and acceptance the gay community experiences today. Because of MTV, many gay youth can come out earlier without fear of reprisal or bigotry from their peers.

You are wrong. The time slot for this show is not based on it's content. "True Life" is not a popular MTV show, much like "Next" , "Room Raiders", "Date My Mom" or "Parental Control", all of which feature many all gay oriented episodes AND play not only in PrimeTime, but also on weekends and in marathons.

I am sorry I must say I was disappointed in the show man, we have a guy so flaming that everyone within a mile radios knew he was gay “coming out of the closet”

Some lesbian lady that is so uncomfortable about her sexuality that she can not deal with anyone that is not a lesbian as well, not to mention some big anger issues.

Josh is the closest thing we have to a normal person, going out with some drama queen “Ben” that even makes me a bit ashamed to be gay. I did miss the first 15 minutes of the show so I am guessing that you where in the Josh and Ben segment, I will have to watch the first part later. Its grate exposure for you man, and I do congratulate you on all your success, but can we not do better than this? WTF :rolleyes:

So much of that show was staged. Ben is bitchy, but not THAT bitchy. And Josh did porn, too. He was a model at Fraternity Guys when this was shot. In fact, the new "boyfriend" at the end was Seth, anotther model in the Fratternity Guys cam house.

And that break-up was staged. It actually happened after MTV was done fiming, but MTV wanted closure to their story and so they had to RECREATE it for the cameras, but Ben really broke up with Josh. Not the other way around. He called me right after it happened... just before San Diego Gay Pride.

If I was Ben I would be really pissed after seeing that then, they made him look like such a huge drama queen slut, it almost made me cringe just watching it. I really need to watch the fist part of this show now, do want to see your part of it as well as any porn connection they might have on it to these guys.

Now I am a bit upset I removed Fraternity Guys live cam from my sites (really need the money now for content, and they are expensive) but at least I might have recognized some of these guys. I always thought that the Fraternity Guys cam house was in Canada like Boys Condo.

I did think that break up did seemed too mellow, now you say something about it I can see why now. If they are going to mold the content of the “True Life” show I do wish they could have put a better spin on things, really did not make us or them look every good exempt Josh.

I really feel a bit bad now I said that about Ben, if you think about it I am sure they could make me look soooooo bad by only showing all the outrageous things I might say or do over the course of a few days. Especially if I got drunk OMG you have no idea of how bad that could be. :fugly:
