We are going to be throwing a party at a local club in the Los Angeles Area, probably tied into Happy Hour.
The event will likely be in mid to late April.
Would any of you guys like to attend? If so, please let me know so we can start getting a feel for how much liquor to have on hand...
It will be an open bar for industry people on this list...

Okay, more party details..
The party will be on April 24th from 7 to 10 PM at MJ's in Silverlake, California. There will be an open bar and finger foods provided. It will be open only to industry people and their guests and you must present a business card at the door or be on our list to get into the private back room area where the open bar and food will be served.
Please start adding your name and the number of guests you will be bringing so we know how much liquor to tell the bar to plan for.
This will be a celebration of sorts for us for some newsworthy items we are about to make public ( more on this later ) as well as a chance to just get out, get away from our computers and have a relaxing evening.
Please start adding your name to the list....

I'm coming up from Huntington Beach. LA has a forcefield of traffic around it at almost all times. If anyone wants to send me a directions to a break in that force field I'd appreciate it. I usually take the 5 to the 101. Please tell me there's a better way.

We will also be having a party in the main club all evening sponsored by our
spunktoons.com site so you can move between the two parties at will.
This all sounds so interesting I might just need to book a 17 hour flight to go to this party!!!!

Hey guys, gals....
I just got a call from the owner of the bar. they had some issues with licensing and health department this month due to the change in ownership.
as such, they were unable to fulfil their obligations for the preparations and pre promotion that was to occur with our simultaneous party in the main room of the club.
As such they requested that we reschedule the event to a later date when
all the kinks are worked out of their transition to the new ownership.
Please accept my apology for the cancellation of this event...we will be planning to have it later and I hope you can all attend at that new time.
