:boring: yep, i'm sleeping right now
regular hours went bye bye years ago ... probably not the best method, but I work a bit, sleep when i'm tired, and repeat.
I wake up around 9am and stay up till midnight. I am working from 9-midnight, not constantly but in and out doing different things. Middle of the day gets a little slow and then get slammed in the evening/night.
what does 24/7 add up to at the end of a work week?
nobody ever told me it would be easy... and it ain't - but what the fuck?
Ironic this topic would come up now..LOL
To bed around 9pm and up and back to work about 2.30 or 3am. Roughly 18 hours every day. When I had a "normal" job at least I got 104 personal days every year. I think most people refer to them as Saturday and Sunday:confused:..........I sure do miss those personal days!!!
I never mentioned my hours, I get online usually at around 10am and try to get off the computer after 6pm, but still check emails all night long.
Good question. With a 16 hour work day I work whanever :)
my day starts around 7 am with the pups waking me up, usually starts with e-mail and checking the servers for any issues.
I am usually finished around 10 -11 at night
God i work a lot
I try to have Saturday off
hummm, I seem to be the laziest around here!
I'd say about 10am to 5pm generaly...
I don't know how you guys do it! I'm thankful that I have a M-F, 6:30am til 3:00pm work week.
I don't think I could be as diligent if working from home, at least not with a set time frame!
Badpuppy has 3 shifts staffed around the clock.
I do not keep regular hours, work as much as this 50+ yr body and mind will stand, while making sure I get in enough exercising, sleeping, and socializing every week!
I try to keep it to regular hours but it is not always easy.
I'm a vampire... almost completely nocturnal. Which makes it hard to keep up the tan. :D
No.
Not even close.
Since I am my own boss I had to give myself a stern talking to about not keeping regular hours. I didn't listen.
I do most of my work at home even though we have offices. Everything I've ever read about working at home says you need to set "regular" hours and stick to them. Of course, people who write those kind of books most likely failed at whatever they were doing and wrote a book instead.
My day usually begins around 7 am. I am on and off the computer all day till around 7 pm. Then I'll usually go have dinner and get back on the computer by 9 pm and usually on it until midnight or so. That schedule only varies if we are filming then it's on the computer at 5 am, pick up the models by 8 am, film until 10 pm, and back on the computer until 1 or 2 am.
But even with those nutty hours, uncertain pay, worries over 2257, working with flighty models who can't get it up or can't get it off or just simply don't show up....I still can't imagine having to work for someone else.
I once heard it said that if you work for yourself......and you are successful, you then work for the hardest boss you will ever work for. So true.
Cheers,
Bill
I keep regular working hours and stay from 10am - 6pm every day with a half hour for lunch, sometimes forgone in the event of an unusually high workload.
I also try to stay regular during working hours with 6-10 servings of fiber a day... funny how that works out...
That's brilliant. At first I thought I was getting off light being in the office by 7am and out between 4 and 6:30pm every day. We just set up the company Wii room and I never have a chance to play. I think the warehouse guys are getting the most out of it.
no
although i like waking up early in the morning
funny thing is my boyfriend used to nag on me about it
now that he's working from home he wakes up and goes to bed whenever
he showered 3 times in the span of 24-30 hours because he forgot when exactly he woke up
