Hey Allan,
I'm about 200 joins day away from flying to Sydney or Melbourne for lunch...
;)
Could I suggest that maye we have one in each major city, or at least try and organize that?
I'd put my hand to co-ordinate and arrange Brisbane.
LMK
:bandana:
I'll fly to brisbane I really don't mind, I've got other business to attend to and some friends to catch up with anyway.
But depending on numbers maybe all the capital cities is a good idea. Let's see how the numbers turn out and go from there.
Allan
Damn fine idea.Quote:

Its good to see webmasters trying to arrange meets in their country :)
Hell i remember 4 or 5 years ago when i first suggested that a show in Europe was needed... of course at the time the suggestion was laughed at... if only they knew then what they know now ;)
Regards,
Lee
Lee, after watching Eurovision and their insane voting procedures I can understand how you would have never gotten agreement from a bunch of euro webmasters..LOL!!!
cheers,
Luke
God i hate Eurovision with a passion lol
As it happens the webmasters who said it wouldnt work were all US based webmasters strangely enough, the US webmasters that are now avid supporters of the EU shows too LOL
Regards,
Lee
Damn, why is it that truth is stranger than fiction?Quote:

i think it would be a good idea to go back to COMPLETE BASICS with all the other events going on ...
so with that said
who's up for drinks at the paddo friday/saturday/sunday arvo? LOL
we just all have to agree which weekend ;-)
I'm in.
Not until after the 15th January cause I'm in Vegas.
Also... Meat from Netpond has said he is coming downunder sometime early 2005 and I will be talking to him in Vegas about organizing something when he is down this way (Sydney possibly).
Also, CuriousTim and myself will be in Sydney for Mardi Gras 4/5/6 March (official tour guides for our Webmaster of the Year competition winner!) so we'll be up for something during that time as well.
We can chat tomorrow at lunch CJ ;-)
You, when we talk about that thing that we have been working on (well, you have done most of the work !!).
He he
:biker:
Why dont you go to Sydney 3-4 days before mardigras...?
Meet me at the ARQ and the Midnight Shift...:)lol
Don't forget the resident fag hag!! :bush:Quote:

Is meat coming down during mardi gras? he'd look great all in leather ... we should kidnap him, dress him, and put him on a float LOL
see ya in a couple of hours

cheers,
Luke

I arrive in Sydney at 8 AM on the Thursday, March 3rd--some jumbo the size of an ocean liner and I will be in Row 829 with my luggage all marked "Remove from cargo hold LAST"
So you can collect me at the airport around Noon.....
;-)
At least that has been my previous experience !!! I am really looking forward to this and meeting more of ya'll Down Under. I'll pass on the Foster's though. They don't make a can big enough for me.
