These guys have tons of stolen content on their site, and not just showing it but making it available for download. So they are literally giving our content to their members. And CCBill is processing for them. What's that all about?
Im not seeing any way for surfers to pay using CCBill and the site actually says it is '100% Free' what am i missing Don?

Sorry. I had to actually sign up to see our pirated content. As much as I hated to spend a the time filling out bogus info and my spam email address. So the donation button is on the inside of the site.
Um... just out of curiosity, did you think I was making this up?

I hope not. I had to join to see if our stuff was on it, which it was. But there are a lot of people who have free blogs using stolen content. For a lot of these guys it's not about business, they do it either for fun or for the accolades of their adoring fans. For some it's a whole ego trip because they keep getting comments from their members going on and on about how great they are for posting the videos for free. You know, like this stuff just exists and we're the bastards who hold it hostage and only let people see it for a fee.Quote:

We had them shut down this time last year. They were processing with Verotel's tickets club. Several DMCA Take Down notices were sent to Verotel multiple times by us and I understand many others. Eventually Verotel got them. At that time the domain name was BigDickClub.info.
I think they need to be shut down.
I think that the proper studios need to be contacted, suggest to them that they need to send a DMCA take down notice to the host, domain registrar, and CCBill.
When we find things, we go in attacking with the DMCA's, and we send them to anyone and everyone who assists in that sites development such as CCBill, Domain Registrar, site operator, and the host.
HDKBill made a strong but firm suggestion to us about 2 years ago that we need to Copyright our DVDs with the US Copyright office. Since we have. You have more of a leg to stand on with a site such as this in battling against them.
As I know, 99.9% of the porn posted on social networks or smaller private sites such as bigdickclub.us are originating from lifeout.com with 1000's of videos, gaywatch.com with 13,000 videos, and gayforit.com with over 14,000 videos.
Those three well established sites are the culprit of your Demise Don. I'm surprise for someone as well as informed as yourself you don't know that.
I'm a member of all those sites and it doesn't take a genius to see where the buck stops. It's just unfortunate bigdickclub.us has a few haters. It's a great site as I've been a member since week 2.
Also to clarify, it was bigdickclub.tv no relation to bigdickclub.us that was taken down on ning.com's network. I wasn't a member of bigdickclub.tv, but I hear the owner, Marco Laperna and 40 John Does are defendants in a lawsuit vs. Titan Media. Go Titan!
If these porn producers would just watermark their material it would be much easier to police as the administrator of bigdickcub.us deletes anything that is watermarked. No other site does that at the moment, but should.
BTW, your point about the CCBill is valid. I don't see that option anymore..do you?
Bullshit. Our videos had our logo splash right at the beginning of the video. It was obvious it was ours. And I saw a lot of other videos that had the logos at the beginning too. I'm not against these kinds of sites if the content is comprised of people shooting their own videos and posting them. I know a few people who get their rocks off shooting their own X-tube videos and I'm all about that. But if you are going to run a site like this, you need to police it. Don't even think for a minute that they don't know a nice collection of pirated top level stuff is going to boost donations or bring in more memberships. The message the guy posted was pretty much proof of that. He told his members to not post content from certain studios that he knew were watching him but giving a subtle hint that everything else was open game. If they were truly policing their uploads and removing content without making us have to resort to DMCA notices for every single infraction then I'd be more inclined to let sleeping dogs lie and move on. How hard can it be for a moderator to approve videos and to watch for watermarks and spash pages?Quote:

I don't think any webmaster can be every where, all day, every day. Secondly it's hard to reason with a person who uses obscene language to express his or her thought.
I know you're concerned, but still very much misinformed and obviously lacking manners and education for anyone to take you seriously.
Lastly, I have never seen nor read any subtle hints condoning pirating videos for donations on bigdickclub.us or any other site. I speak for every member as well as myself when I say we don't need a moderator to police videos when the administrator should just delete the member(s) in question.
Again, I reiterate it's Gaywatch.com, Lifeout.com, and Gayforit.com that is the source of 99% of the pirated videos. Take some time to both clean your mouth out and surf these sites! Laziness is not an excuse for ignorance.

However, if bigdickclub.us has or had tons of porn than lifeout, gaywatch, and gayforit has mega tons of porn. I have and still see your videos on two of those sites listed above i.e. gaywatch/gayforit.
Did you or anyone else send DMCA take down notices to these well established sites? If so, how are they able to provide the food for the rest who are hungry for porn, and not for grandma's meatballs? It is these people who perhaps by proxy think it's okay to take videos from a well established site and post on a 2nd or 3rd tier site. Yes, they are naive but yet conditioned by the standards and actions or lack there of to allow pirated videos in the first place.

I have a follow up question as well. I try to read between the lines as the message isn't always explicit. What I'm sensing and please correct me if I'm wrong, but are you'll intimidated by these well established sites?
If someone were to pirate/copy my programming source code, I too would be angry. Though, this has never happened as of yet. Knock on wood!
Coding is not an easy thing to copy and implement, anyhow, but still a real threat to the industry as well.
Yes, I work closely with bigdickclub.us as I've written a number of widgets. I think adult social networks are a valuable asset to the adult community as people are able to share their own amateur videos with their friends fellow members.
This seems to be the future of the adult porn as you don't need expensive equipment nor cameras to get some decent footage.
The topic of this post was why a billing company that works with the adult industry would work with a website that is stealing from the adult industry. That matter has been settled and I think CCBill for listening and taking action.
In the conversation about this you brought up a totally different point. It's not that I'm ignoring that point, it's just off topic. All those sites you mentioned are a huge problem to this industry and the appropriate action will be taken. And I'm sure everyone here has the same concern and are also probably in the process of taking action.
It just so happens that big dick club hit the radar and became a topic of conversation.
I'm always fascinated when people who run these sites that benefit from stolen content are called into question and their first line of defense is... look at the other guy, he's stealing more than me... why not go after him first? I mean, does the fact that someone is stealing more than you make your stealing somehow right? Are we somehow acting inappropriately here by not going after the bigger thief first? Should we let the big dick guy get away with his piracy while we spend whatever time and energy it takes to bring down the bigger piracy sites?
Honestly, when this first started and he was contacted, had he sent a message to his members simply stating that any copyrighted content would be removed and the posting member's profile be suspended an/or deleted, then I wouldn't have given it another thought. It was because he specified which studios that he did not want posted that set off my alarms.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see anywhere stating it's okay or not okayto upload pirated content.
Again, I support the industry as a whole to stop piracy. I magnanimously support what you'll are doing. Intellectual property is sacred.
However, I will state again it's the industry as a whole have conditioned these pirates to continue their pirating.
To say he stole more or less isn't a justification for piracy. As mentioned in the first reply, there are haters out there. These same haters can and have uploaded pirated materially then report it only to see the site receive a DMCA take down notices.
Where's the legal justification in that? Webmasters as I know can not be everywhere, everyday, all day!
Lastly, it is a well know practice for the DEA to go after the suppliers and not the users. Hence, cut out the major suppliers of porn piracy and you'll most likely find the end users out of porn. Hence out of site, out of mind!

You are 100% correct social networking sites like bigdickclub.com, lifeout.com,dlist.com,gaywatch.com and gayforit.com are taking all of the gay porn sales away from there original company's. I understand that some company's post sample videos to try to get people to there sites. but when video's get to be more then 1 to 2 minutes long, your going to loose the sale. I have seen videos on gaywatch.com that are 15,20 and 30 min's long. all these people log of to get off. once they do that you loose, we all loose. The thing I don't understand if you guys hold copyright why don't you have them taken down and like DonMike said you should all have water marks on the video. Sample video should not be longer then 1 min. and edit them in a way that people cant even get a hard on. like I said once they cum we lost them.
just log on any of the sites and after a while you'll see there is no need to rent,buy or get a member ship to any sites. your getting it there 100% free. and there are lots of video's to choose from. Trust me I'm a member to all the sites. and I have seen it 1st hand.
