I was wondering, we seem to have a lot of newer faces on GWW over the past couple of months so i was wondering, how long have you worked in the industry?
Im actually guessing that we have a lot more newer adult webmasters posting/reading because of some of the thread discussions as of late.
Was just curious is i was right about this or not so, how long have you been working in the adult business?

I'm the 15+ because that's how long I've been shooting (1986)... 1993 for selling my own produced content. 1988-1992 ran a little bookstore that rented Jeff Stryker era titles.
I've been in the biz about 11 1/2 years to 12 years, I lost the date of the exact time I started.:cheekymonkey:
Shot my first film in 1984 and never looked back....
Only found this site recently, so not really new - more second hand really

Six years here, split between working on my own growing "empire" and working with or for other webmasters and their site needs.
Since March 8th, 2000. :construction:
I started my first horrific site as an affiliate back in early 2004 - so just over 5 years now. I've done a fair amount of work for and with webmasters and site owners as well as built up my own little network since then. It's a great industry and you really learn so much about people and the way things work...or don't work.
It's the best career I could ever hope for and with luck I'll be at if for many more years to come.

As i can see i am the youngest adult webmaster here as for the moment. Just a bit longer than a year:)
i think this would be around the end of 2000 for me, when I was working on the techie side of str8 porn sites
Only 2 years as a webmaster so still very new compared to most and only slightly experienced compared to others.
I've been around the adult industry for a while as a clerk at a porn store then a few years doing freelance photography for some porn sites back in the early to mid 90s.
Starting a site and joining the forums has been a fantastic thing for me. To learn more, have fun, and make a little money on the side. The people I've met (you guys) have been very nice. A lot nicer than the porn starlets I used to shuttle back and forth from the airport. :)

Started shooting in '97 for an Atlanta based website, but transitioned to my own stuff in '98 and launched the Citiboyz brand in '99.

Filmed our first film in Feb 1998. Only 11 years, but it seems like a lifetime! Loving it and still going strong. Been a little tougher the past couple of years to make money, but that just forces us to get better and smarter at what we do.
