excuse my question but what does make a tube legitimate and what does another make illegal? most of the videos I see are branded and other tubes have ads corresponding to the video's site up.

Illegal tubes allow pirated videos to be uploaded and don't screen uploads. Or if they do, they are not looked at thoroughly.

Legal tubes monitor and moderate user uploaded videos. Legal tubes are those who possibly only allow sponsor videos to be uploaded. Or they allow anyone to upload but do moderate thoroughly.

This is the worst kind of pirate.

Remove the spaces to put the link back.. The guy that took this video not only stole it from a site but he uses it to drive traffic to his site. Then resells the cams for webcams.com I tried talking with them and they dont seem to have much of an issue with it.

Maybe Im just in the wrong business.

We've contacted him. Unfortunately he like so many other pirates out there is not willing to work with us. We have a form email from our lawyer that we email them to explain to them in leiman's terms on what the harm is on pirating videos. So far he hasn't replied. When they don't reply we give them about 4-5 days and then email them again. We don't attack them. We talk to them like they're the next best thing to god and practicly bow down to them. It's kind of like the saying, "You catch more bees with honey." With this approach, it's working.
Hopefully we can work something out with him and he'll remove some of those videos.

Unfortunately, no. I hate to speak negatively about anyone... This guy is a brutal bastard. He cusses us out when we try to talk with him, he's a very negative person, not polite, just completely brutal with words.

We're going to have a meeting early next week for a new tactic against this site.

HOWEVER, our programmer is looking for a way into his site so that we can share video links with everyone to get DMCA's out. It takes some skill but it can happen. It's not hacking, it's studying the source code and following all of the links in.

FYI... A lot of "people" think what we're doing is full time. It's not. This is a gradual process we're doing to assist in shutting down pirate sites. About 8 hours a day is done by one guy searching through the net. TRUST, we hope this will become full-time. Everyone has to start somewhere :) But in a week... Shutting down 2 pirate sites and 1 blogspot site, as well as turning 2 sites into affiliate managed sites. I think we're doing pretty damn good. :)
I just wanted to toss this out.

Blogspot will take down the sites pretty quick usually its a LOT of these forums and Free image hosting sites that are really making it hard.

IF your having problems with blogspot, please let me know. I will help you get them down. There's a very very unique special way you have to fill out their stupid forms. I HATE THEM WITH THE PASSION! I will help you get them down and I will personally email every other producer who has their content stolen on that site and inform all parties involved including porn guardian and the Free Speech Coalition to shut these pricks down.

Today, we got 2 shut down. That's 4 in the past 7 days exact.

If anyone here is a client of Porn Guardian / Industry Guardian, please let me know asap. We have an agreement with Dominic and Peter to send over infringing links straight to them and they can get things taken down faster.

We're still battling hard with BestExclusivePorn (dot) com. Files are being removed from FilesMonster, however they are still hosting images through other sources but however boxcover and promo images are still displaying on the site thus the site hosts it. They have no permission to have the content on their site. We're attacking their host and the site where they embed the images from. Not only that but they are giving misleading images such as they're editing the screen captures. Taking screen captures from other movies and mixing them into one. I don't know why they're doing this. At this time they aren't answering any of our emails.
